Visiting the area and needed a meal to feed a group of 15. Decided on pizza and picked Gondolier. We got 3 pizzas, a side of wings, and breadsticks. The service was ok and everyone was friendly. The pizza was also ok. I had higher expectations. The cheese was good and plenty of toppings, but the crust wasn’t that good. The wait time was minimal, our food was out fairly quickly. The restaurant was very clean. Overall, its ok.

Although the restrooms need updating, the seating areas are acceptable. The food wash delicious. I ordered Chicken Parm w/salad and my wife ordered the Gyros plate. The gyros was moist and delicious with pitas, fries and Greek salad. The marinara on the chicken parm tasted homemade (yum!) with spaghetti and meat sauce. We were so full. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent. We will definitely return.

THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD EVER MADE! You have to try it! This place was amazing. The breadsticks were tender and tasty. We had cannelloni, spaghetti and meatballs, spaghetti gondalier, and chicken Alfredo. Everything was top notch. If you like cheese, you have to try the cannelloni! The waitress was so sweet and attentive. The price was reasonable and not crowded. This place is a must when eating away from the main strand in Pigeon Forge.

One of my faves! They start you with a basket of fresh breadsticks and they are the best breadsticks I have eaten. So fresh and yummy! Food is excellent. Service was great! My only negative critique would be the ranch salad dressing was very thin and runny, however it was still tasty. I prefer a little thicker salad dressing on my salad, but that is just a preference. This time I had the House Special calzone. Chef’s kiss! My daughter had the tortellini Alfredo. I snuck a bite and wasn’t disappointed. So good. The prices are very reasonable especially for the calzone’s, Stromboli’s, and sandwiches. First time I had the Italian Sub and fries. It was a hit as well. The fries were tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. So good. This will definitely be one of our go-to places to eat!

Stopped in here to get away from the crowd, staying in the area from Florida. We were pleasantly surprised at what a great place this is. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Food is great – had the pizza, chicken parm, chicken piccata, chicken Alfredo and an awesome chicken and dumpling soup. Deserts are worth a stop alone, throw a dart, they are all great.

This is hands down the best Italian restaurant in Pigon Forge. The bread sticks with the marinara sauce were delicious. The ranch dressing is made in-house, and it’s amazing. The chicken piccotta was my favorite, but the chicken alfredo and the cheese ravioli were really good as well. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great prices, friendly staff and VERY FILLING plates. We had the trio, some salad and a kids pizza. Everything was yummy (though quite heavy, particularly on the cheese!) so prepare to invest 2000+ calories per entrée. We couldn’t resist the cakes and even though it seems they are made with a boxed mix (please correct me here!) they were really good.

I’ve only tried the Gyro but it was great . You can tell all the ingredients are fresh. Its really authentic and Im going to go back to try the pizza which looked really good. The service is top notch . I will be back 5 stars all day
