I dined in at this Chick fil and was shocked by how filthy the bathroom was. The toilet was dirty, trash overflowing, and the sink filled with paper towels, with no paper towels available to use. One of the sinks had BOILING HOT water from the start. I told the manager twice during my visit, and even after finishing my meal, nothing was cleaned. Absolutely unacceptable.

The food is good and the service is excellent. The curbside service is amazing, and the inside is always spotless. However, every time I go there, I can’t help but feel uncomfortable—almost like I’m letting my people down. It’s not a good feeling, and it takes away from the experience.
