This was one of the Truitt’s location with a standard counter section on one side and a sit-down room on the other. There is a train around the ceiling and a nice clean dining area, as well as restrooms. The food was hot and fresh and the service was excellent and friendly. The parking was difficult to get into as the drive through lines take up most of the entrance. It was easier to park in the shopping center lot just next to the restaurant. We will be back next time we are in Rome!

Love the Truett’s Chick-fil-a in Rome, GA. I had Broker Open House today and had them cater the food. It was seamless from the online catering order, at about 1:30 PM yesterday on the CFA phone app, to my in person pickup this morning at 9AM. Food was great and they thought of everything I might need. Thanks Greg and team. The agents that came out to my new listing enjoyed the food. Yup, had to get a photo with the bronze statue of Truett out front.

It was an extremely frigid day in GA, the front door to the restaurant locked. I went through the drive thru to get our meals, which took approximately 35 minutes. Upon being greeted by an employee at the pickup window is when I learned that they had a lot of employees callout. (I gave service a 5 star because they were working with a skeleton crew) I gave the food 1 star due to 2 lukewarm sandwiches and 2 Large French fries containers being 1/2 full and lukewarm. The Cobb salad was perfect. Just a tad disappointed with this visit.

Normally I have a awesome experience but for some reason akayla wanted to label my vehicle as a old van not very mindful and very inappropriate im a single mother doing the best I can and when my kids seen that labeled on our food order it kinda hurt . I was blessed with my vehicle and I’m proud of it what a way to ruin our day.

The location is chaired included a Truett”s Chick fil a. This was my first visiting a chick fil a like this. I thought i would really step out of my box a go for something different and ordered crispy brussel sprouts and sweet potato casserole. I must admit, I haven’t eaten brussels sprouts in a very long time but was surprised how must I liked them. Maybe my taste buds grew up since the last time I tried them. I would order that again. The sweet potato casserole was ok. It’s quite sweet but that is as expected with this side. It had a crumble topping that did balance it some. It was still tasty. The restaurant was clean and comfortable for a quick service place. There was even a little elevate model train that ran high above the tables that gave a cozy feel. The service was attentive and very polite. It’s so nice to see polite and respectful young people. Depending upon what time or day you visit this location can be crowded and difficult to find parking.

TERRIBLE. i went to cfa and paid for a 8pct wing meal and they gave me a 4 wing meal! when i called the place, they said they were closed and their was nothing they could do. WILL NOT BE GETTING MY MONEY AGAIN.

UPDATE: THIS LOCATION USED TO BE AWESOME, I’m not sure what’s going on now, but seems like this location is going downhill on service, particularly in the drive thru area. Thursday night 10/30/25 approximately 8:30pm, we were in the drive thru line. It seemed to be all very young people , with no leadership, who seemed more concerned with visiting and flirting with one another than taking care of their customers. We had placed a mobile order in advance and so naturally thought that would make for a quicker turnaround time. Wrong! The servers were constantly taking food to other cars around us, and THREE times stopped and asked us the name on our order. (CORWIN). Then on the 4th stop at our car they were like , ‘oh yea, here it is’, like it had been just sitting there the entire time. The food was cold and not up to CFA’s usual standards. I debated even leaving this review because it is most concerning to me, that no management or senior staff appear to be responding to ANY of the reviews here online. Sadly. I must now drop my review from 5 stars to 3 on this particular CFA location. Please Prove me wrong!

We never ate on the “Restaurant” side and so decided to do that last week. It was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Be advised it will cost you a little more, but it’s nice to splurge every once in awhile .

I love taking my grandkids here, we love the food, the staff (especially Norma Jean, she is so welcoming, a beautiful smile and just makes our day!!! I also go to breakfast at our Chick-fil-A (Rome Ga) quite often with very special friends and all the workers greet us with smiles and my favorite part is the staff always say and mean it “MY PLEASURE”! Thank you all for everything, and great job!!!
