Stopped by for a morning coffee with a friend.
Took 15 minutes to get one coffee from the mobile app order with table delivery. Didn’t even get it delivered to the table but had to go to the counter. On top of that they didn’t even have coffee lids, they gave me a soft drink lid. I couldn’t take my coffee with and drink it while driving after my meeting.

Not a very professional Mc Donald’s.

One of the worst locations in the USA!!! The manager has a terrible attitude on night shift and workers stand around scrolling on their phones while dash orders piling up along with dashers in their tiny cubicle

With how many bad reviews there are (which I didn’t see until after I placed an order), I was pretty worried. Waited about 10 mins which wasn’t too bad compared to what I was expecting but is pretty bad for a Mickey D’s. Then opened my chicken nuggets, kinda nervous they screwed those up. They were fine, as was my cheeseburger. Got to my deluxe spicy mccrispy and I thought, ‘ah, here’s the screw up I was waiting for.’ It was a regular mccrispy, not spicy. Plus the chicken was stringy, cold, and had a weird texture. After reading all these reviews, I wonder how many orders they actually get right. Probably 1/50. I won’t be back.

Awful service. Every. Single. Time. We go to this place. Never again will we ever go to this establishment. No one cares that works there. I watched them meander about with no urgency, or pride. They get orders wrong all the time. Going inside doesn’t help as you’ll stand at the register for a good 30 minutes waiting for someone to even talk to you, even though they will look at you over and over and just ignore you until you say something. No one here can do their job. They’d rather yell and curse at each other, laugh and cut up while customers wait, or move at a snails pace on the line. There’s absolutely no pride in what they do.

My last stop was a large order of fries and a large coke. That’s it. How hard is that order? We sat in the car for 20 minutes before I went inside after our order disappeared on the app as if it had been fulfilled. I waited another 15 minutes with about 12 other people. I decided it wasn’t worth it and left without my order.

I’m typically well mannered and understanding of fastfood service workers. I’ve worked at both Zaxby’s and Arby’s growing up, and understand that it can be exhausting, especially after a long shift through a rush. But at no point have I, or any of my former peers forgot a whole order. It took a lot of will power and minding my integrity to not say anything to staff. I also rarely submit negative reviews. But I think it’s imperative that management or the owner of this particular McDonald’s takes a look into this staff, specifically the night crew.

TLDR: Low effort, incompetence mixed with a don’t care attitude and a lack of attention to detail. Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had with a food establishment not just once, but on every single visit. They’ll never get another dollar out of me.

Ridiculous! Had 2 long lines full of people that all waited to order. At some point, employees just stopped responding. At 1am with 2 long lines of people STILL waiting, lights just cut off. Unprofessional to not at least tell people youre closed!!! I had an ubereats order and you people nerd to let them know you dont take delivery orders after 11:30pm! Stupid store.

Stopped at the drive through for lunch with a car load of kids. The drive through was very slow. I guess I’m spoiled by the speed of Chick Fil A. When we got to the window, she handed me 4 of 6 drinks and 1 bag of food. I waited for the rest of what I paid for and a manager (I guess) came to the window and wanted to know what I wanted. Weird. So I told her we were missing 4 Happy Meals and 2 drinks. I had the receipt. She found the Happy Meals waiting to be passed out and then asked again what else I wanted. So I explained that I still needed 2 drinks. She left the register the window and another girl handed me the drinks. I asked for straws and she tried to hand me 2 straws, so I asked for 4 more. She was frustrated and made a rude comment.

The whole thing was well below the standards of service that most restaurants, even fast food, would consider appropriate. We will skip McDonald’s next time.

This location needs completely new staffing.. I always order and have an issue. I ordered 2 hot n spicy’s with cheese and they were plain and had no cheese. Also they forgot my cookies. Like they were having a bad day. I won’t be eating here again.

Walked in the store because the drive thru was long. Ordered medium fries (that’s it). Waited 11 minutes and asked kindly about the status of our order. The employee looked at us and just didn’t say anything and walked to the counter and started tapping on the screen. She never got back to us. Another employee walked by, and we asked if we could get our order, and he got it for us right away appalled we had to wait 15 minutes. Absolutely terrible service AND customer service. 15 minutes to get ignored and a medium fry. Ridiculous

Giving 5 stars because I flipped my lid on the manager when I thought my order was wrong (it wasn’t) and the manager didn’t ring my neck afterwards or call me a slur. She was really nice even though they were busy and seemed to be short staffed. Also my double cheeseburger was really good.

No surprise that when I went to open the reviews this location was at 3 stars. Service here is one of the worst I have seen. Staff is completely overwhelmed or incompetent, take your pick. The couter was unmanned for 6 min. To the point were after standing there for an absurd amount of time I eventually move out of the front of the line to use the one working digital order screen. The drive though was around the building, which is why I opted to come in to begin with foolishly thinking this would be faster. The employees here move about the same speed as molten lava. With some of them even on thier phones laughing having a great time while they have a drive through around the building and a lobby full of people sitting and standing in line waiting for orders. I was originally going to give this location 3 stars if I got my food before I finished this review but behold here I sit. Will be the last time I visit this location.
