Tried the new cinnamon milkshake today and was genuinely impressed ✨ I wasn’t sure which one to go for at first, but Matt recommended the new flavor and he was definitely right. The cinnamon comes through perfectly smooth, and not overpowering. You can tell it was made with real care! Definitely worth the price, and I’ll be coming back to try more of the menu

We have visited this location several times, and the food quality is consistently terrible. The burgers taste as if the meat has been boiled rather than grilled, and the fries are always cold, soft, pale, and completely tasteless. This isn’t a one-time issue—every single visit has been the same.

On top of that, the place is constantly crowded, it’s hard to find a seat, and it’s never clean. We came with a stroller and it was almost impossible to move around inside; the space is extremely tight and going upstairs was not an option.

We have never left this branch happy—not once. If you want a proper Five Guys experience, go to the Riverside location. It is genuinely 100 times better in every way.

Five Guys has one of the best burgers i have tried. It’s really delicious!
The spot is super nice, the staff is attentive, fast taking the orders and preparing the food/drinks.
The only aspects i have to say negatively is that the tables could be cleaned with more frequency so the guests would have a better experience.

I thought I’d try this out as I’d had one a long long time ago in the U.S. The staff helped me remember how to order everything and what extras you can add to your food. I ended up having a Bacon Cheese burger, fries and a Vanilla shake. The fries were nice, but the burger was gorgeous and really tasty. The Milkshake reminded me of Pulp Fiction. If you remember what Vincent Vega said in it about his shake, it mirrored what I thought (yum). The place was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Although it is expensive, I think it’s worth it.

First time at Five Guys. Was very expensive but the food was significantly better than other burger places found in this country.
The size of the serving was actually quite big however and didn’t leave me hungry which can make the high price seem less of an issue.
The selection of drinks was also huge as it has every flavour of Coke, Fanta (etc) possible.
The food took around 15 mins to be ready (order for 2 people) which I think is reasonable as it gave me time to have a drink and check out the nuts.
Also located in the centre of the city making travel by foot and bus very convenient but you’ll need to park somewhere off-site if in a car.

It was the worst burger what I ate in my life. I paid over 20 pounds for a cheeseburger with fries and drink but the burger was awful. A lot cheese stuck in the foil. The burger was half raw. Sorry guys I didn’t like it.

Firstly let’s talk about the staff: absolute champions, you have a feeling like they’re all friends out of work they are just popping orders between them and it’s all smiles and buzz. What a great team.

You’d be hard pressed to find a better burger but let’s be very clear the fries and shakes are something Five Guys does not do well at all.

With prices at a premium, you’d expect a premium product and, whilst their burgers are more than up to the cut, these other crucial combos fall well short of their competitors.

Remember how KFC fries *used* to be? Well they are how five guys fries are now and no amount of ‘this is where our potatoes come from’ boards on the wall is gonna change the fact they arent what they should be. They are like the Skoda in the 1980s of fries.

Remember there was that whole bit in Tarantinos ‘Pulp Fiction’ about Mia Wallace ordering a $5 shake? Well this shake is £5.75 and its gonna be struggling in a tasters choice against a £1.29 Frijj. Really don’t bother.

But the burgers. Well it’s fair to say this is the main event at five guys and they are absolute streets ahead of any chain competition here. Even the small burger is wildly good and brimming with fillings.

If you’re just after the sandwich, then this is an excellent place to grab a burger and, at £13, you can be reassured your money will be well spent. Big on price, but big on flavour it is one of the best burgers on the market today.

5 guys have been my favourite burger place joint since I tasted it for the first time. The one is Norwich is no exception as well. Such fresh burgers and fries. Friendly and helpful staff and is quite spacious with seating on 2 floors. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve wanted to try this chain for a while, now I have I will not be rushing back. The positive first, the beef burgers are excellent. For us the spicey fries were also heavily salted! The burgers are wrapped in foil, this results in a wilted squashed bun! OK, it’s a take away but, I don’t expect the fries to be tipped into the bag. Generally a disappointing experience and all for £69.00.
