I have been coming to Applebee’s for many years and I always order the same thing the fiesta lime chicken because it’s always yummy and you simply can’t go wrong with it however at this particular location in Towson I was absolutely blown away by how terrible the food was. I had to send it back. if you’re going to go to Applebee’s, please don’t go to this particular one, you will not be happy. This location is poorly managed and not equipped to handle volume.

The food and service was very nice and top notch. I personally enjoyed the Oriental Crispy Chicken Salad a lot. It was very yummy and simply out of this world good. It was not too heavy or too light, it was just right. This is definitely something that I would order again from the 2 for $25 menu, which I must personally say is a great dining deal with an appetizer to share with two meals. Keep up the great work, Applebee’s of Towson. And yes I do highly recommend trying the Oriental Crispy Chicken Salad at least once.

The service and food was top tier. The hostess was very polite and immediately seated us. Our waitress, Kyjay (sp?) was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and checked on our table multiple times. Our food was delicious, and we even purchased a gift card for my sister for Christmas.

Was here with my aunt, a friend, and my brother for his birthday on a Fri evening after 6. Not too loud. Cool vibes. Busy/packed but not crazy over-crowded; no line & maybe 1 big family + 1 couple waiting after we were seated. Pretty good food & bev. With tip just a few bux over $100 which for 4 ppl eating dinner out is a Steal. Beautiful, Clean restaurant but table in front of me was not and a family about to be seated was like “So we can wait until the table is cleaned first.” They had some deals and 2/$25, $28, or $32 was back. All food came out hot. And did not take long. Seems like much smaller portions now for premium entrees like Sizzling Chicken & Shrimp? Drink was big & tasty $6 Special but could have used more rum) alcohol. Our Waitress was OK , and the wait staff there were alright…maybe not enough staff though? No 1 was very nice nor really rude in any super overt way. Kind of dim lighting BUT as long as they don’t go as Nighttime DARK as Cheesecake Factory’s lighting I’m good.✌️

If you’re looking for poor service, a risk of food poisoning, and getting ripped off by the “games” on the tabletop kiosks, this is the place.
The bartender/server was eating food – at the bar, and attending to his cellphone rather than checking on our food. The app came out cold, but I didn’t complain on site because I had my two kids with me. We just wanted to leave. We waited so long that I allowed my daughter to play games on the kiosk. No indication that there would be an extra charge. I was billed for the “games.”
We ate our food, paid, and left. I proceeded to come home and get sick the rest of the day and night.
Never again will I come here! Horrible!

Applebee’s is a great spot for a casual dinner. Great place to sit and watch the game, celebrate with family and friends or have a first date/meet and greet.
This franchise has limited vegetarian
options and I find it a bit salty. The wait staff and kitchen staff have always provided adjustments without a hassle – sometimes there is a nominal charge for substitutions.
This day I tried the Tex Mex shrimp bowl. It was good. I wish they had dried the lettuce – there a bit of extra water. If you are looking to make this more healthy (less calories from carbs) ask for a half portion of rice. It’s still very filling.

Food was exceptional, unfortunately we did not have a great experience with our waitress Natisha. She took our drink/meal order in when we first sat down and we looked at the drinks menu after she left. Unfortunately, we were never able to put in drink orders since we did not see her again until halfway through our meal when she said “you ok?” while our mouths were full, then left again. We didn’t see her to again for drink refills until we already paid via the electronic tablet.
