During my visit, my order of wings were served raw, but the manager was great about apologizing.
I would rate my food a 5.8 out of 10.
The service was a 3.4 out of 10. My specific server was not fully educated when it came to the menu or other restaurant questions. They spent most of the time on their phone, hanging out in empty booths, and rarely checked in on my table.
The atmosphere was a 6.5 out of 10. A relaxed feel, proper lighting, and light music.

Well I am a picture person when the menu shows something it makes me hungry to order. Well the pics are better than the actual food. Not worth it at all. Was hoping but yeah it’s Applebees. Menu pic is so much better than what I got. Really???

Our server seemed to have completely forgotten about us until our food was ready. We didn’t get our ways our drinks from the bar until after the food came out. I’d seen him standing near the bar on his phone.
The food was just okay, as expected, but the service and atmosphere were both off. They sat a group of very loud teen boys directly across from us, which was also quite annoying while in competition with the loud pop music that was blaring through the speakers.
Due to the consistent lack of service, I choose to place my to-go order through the app for pick-up rather than combining it with the bill for our table. That too proved to be disappointing. Despite the lack of business in the restaurant, my order was not ready at the requested time of 8:30 (which was scheduled for after the first available time in the app). I waited until close to 8:50
for it.
Then, and only then, did the manager check on me. He offered me a beverage while I waited. I just couldn’t understand why everything took so long when they were not even busy.

I love going to Applebees!! My favorite people work here they are so kind outgoing and the food is incredible it’s not a business it’s a family and the workers enjoy coming to work!! That is so important they make it a great experience!! Eezak is incredible Matt and David are so amazing Meghan and Christina are super awesome!!!

I really wanted to have this place be a regular on our dine out list, but after numerous issues, I just can’t anymore. They all seem very polite about it each time, so I will give them that at least.

I rarely give reviews, and only do when exceptionally good, or exceptionally poor. We were a table of 5, midweek, 7 ish, restaurant not busy. Thirty minutes to get food. The food was not even marginal. Its like it came out of a box freezer burned, and thrown in a fryer. The experience was beyond disappointing. I don’t eat at Applebee’s very often, but if this is what they have become, we won’t be back. Total waste of money.

Busy night! Service was explained to be a 10- 15 minute delay, but was seated quickly. And taken care of promptly. Food was prepared excellent and thoroughly enjoyed.
