Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect every time. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and even when it’s busy, service moves quickly. My friend and I visited this restaurant a few days ago. Although I have noticed that the Cool Wrap has not been prepared in the same way as always, evidenced by a lesser amount of chicken, the customer service we received was wonderful! In particular, Jacob and Tazia were gracious and interactive offering friendly conversation and replacement sandwiches. These two employees have gone above and beyond what many consumers today readily experience. Kudos to both of them and hope I have the pleasure of seeing them again in the future!

Bad parking lot due to Virginia. Once you find your way in, it’s pretty good as far as Chic-Fil-A goes. I eat here all the time because I already decoded the parking lot. It’s like solving the Rubik’s Cube. You have to make that immediate turn-in or the cops may get you. Great fries!

Arrived at 10:28 with a mobile order and the mobile order lane was so backed up we did not have time to scan the QR code before 10:30. Whoever was in charge said there was nothing they could do. How about making sure the mobile lane moves before the drive thru lane? There is no point in placing a mobile order if you aren’t given priority. If you’re thinking about going here, turn around and go somewhere where they actually care about their customers.

Just have given up on this restaurant. I know a lot of people like it and it’s cool and trendy. But never had a quick or positive experience here.

Ordering ahead never works becuase you arrive and it still takes 10 to 15 min to get your items. Then you order mobile to try and “skip the line” but then you get there and the mobile line is full and a stand still but the line to order food is empty.

I came here staff forgot to put a spoon in my bad I asked for one kindly I was given attitude a manager at that saying that she put a spoon in the bag vs just giving the customer a spoon and leaving it be I was not asking for the moon just a spoon . All staff refused to give me a superiors number as the person was a manager. I was inside maybe 5-10 minutes I did not want to bring my six year old in so I let him sit in car with his food and his game an employee actually opened my car door and touched my son I felt so disrespected and wen I returned she would not she stayed at my car as if me running into the fast food restaurant was in anyway child abuse I had to get outside myself with anger just to get this woman to leave my car a man that worked with her actually had to pull her away from my car. Employees should never open a customer car door if she sat there waited till I returned and wen she sees the parent she should leave not stand there blocking a customer from leaving because he left his 6 year old in the car while the customer came into a fast food restaurant for 5 minutes

I paid for 2 Classic cups (the lemon chicks and the 1967), i was not given them upon receiving my order, Had to ask an employee to get them. When returning home i discovered that both the cup that i asked for and said 4 times was wrong as well as multiple items in my order, i would not recommend this specific location to friends and family.

Chick fil a , highly disappointed in this location but truly not shocked. I received stale nuggets & cold fries. I told a young lady in drive thru that my food is cold and stale if theirs any way I can get these remake or perhaps warmed up longer. I was brushed off. I’m not sure who’s the corporate is for this , but this location definitely needs etiquette. To many young kids with no manners .

Brought the grandkids in for afternoon milkshakes and Farouk did a great job of quickly and professionally taking our order and then coming back to check on us. The restaurant is very clean and you can see how well the crew works together.
