Amazing experience at Gala Aventura.
I had the Lomo Saltado — perfectly cooked beef, great balance of flavors, very satisfying and comforting dish. My wife ordered the burger, and it was excellent as well: juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right.
Big thanks to our server David — outstanding service, very attentive, friendly, and professional. A special touch that really surprised us: he spoke a bit of Russian, which made the experience even more personal and memorable.
Great food, great atmosphere, and top-level service.
Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

Failed attempt at gourmet food. Very overpriced for the quality. The grilled grouper was tough and tasteless ($38). It seemed more baked than grilled. It was unappetizing to look at. The cold octopus carpaccio appetizer ($28) was tender but flavorless. It was served on a dirty plate and garnished with a sad version of papas arrugadas. It was a miniscule serving of stale, cold, spongy, purple potato chunks. The well made Chicha Morada Pisco cocktail ($18) was strong yet sweet. The booth upholstery needs cleaning and the table lamps need repainting. Service was attentive (mandatory 20% tip included). Validate your parking at the reception desk. The best part of the experience was the beautiful architecture and decor of the restaurant and bar. There’s also an outdoor deck with a good view situated beside the swimming pool. I would only come back to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. Located on the seventh floor of the Hilton Hotel.

Gala Muse Bar is a hidden gem in Aventura. Located inside the Hilton Aventura, this modern restaurant is truly a breath of fresh air featuring a gorgeous dining space, fabulous cocktail bar, and also an outdoor area.
Let’s start with the appetizers. The octopus was perfectly cooked, anticuho skewers were tender and the crab cakes were tasty. Even just the freshly baked bread was good. Of course, the cocktails were just as superb. We had the Effervescence, Chocolate Coconut Old Fashioned, and the Chile-Rita. There’s so much more on the cocktail menu but let’s move on to the entrees. We both shared the Crispy Skin Red Snapper and Dry Aged Rib Eye. Both were cooked to perfection and beautiful presentation. For dessert, we had Lava Cake and Homemade Flan. No surprise here, both were super flavorful and not too sweet.
This place is a must if you’re staying at the hotel or a local. Perfect for a date night. Not overcrowded, very romantic and the service is top-notch. Big thanks to our server Claudio for all the recommendations. Everything we ate was excellent from start to finish.

Which is the best restaurant for dinner? A great symphony of flavors. I was lucky enough to try chef Marcos Flores’s new menu at the Hilton Aventura Miami Gala restaurant. It was quite a revelation. The appetizers of forest mushroom flatbread, mixed ceviche, and crab cake are not to be missed, deeply delicious, and have incomparable notes of tropical fruits. Red snapper in lemon sauce, exquisitely crunchy. if you like meat, It was perfectly soft after 48 hours of cooking. Thomas the guy who attends us very nice and fun.
Congratulations to Chef Marcos. we will be back

Located on the 7th floor of the Hilton this place has a great view and great service. It has both indoor and outdoor seating with access to the pool and an extensive, beautiful bar area. I was staying next door at the Courtyard Marriott and was looking for a great breakfast. I had a smoothie in mind and I found one here. Then the Avocado Toast caught my eye (my daughter’s fav). It was fantastic with a lightly poached egg on top. The service was amazing and everyone made me feel comfortable. On my next business trip to Miami I’m staying here!
Update: I did stay here and the rooms are plush. The Sunday Brunch was amazing! I highly recommend checking it out!

I decided to try Gala Restaurant & Muse Bar in Aventura, mainly due to its social media presence and the allure of a new dining spot. Located on the 7th floor of the Hilton with an outdoor pool view seating, the ambiance is quite appealing. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not match the promising setting.
I visited for brunch, and the overall experience was underwhelming. The cappuccino was below average, lacking the rich flavor and smooth texture one would expect. The lox eggs Benedict was similarly disappointing. The potatoes tasted as if they had been prepared long in advance and simply reheated, resulting in a dry and unappetizing texture.
Even the waffles, which I hoped would be a highlight, were nothing extraordinary. They were bland and lacked the crispiness that defines a good waffle.
Considering the many dining options available in the area, Gala Restaurant & Muse Bar falls short. Despite the convenient location for Hilton guests, there are definitely better alternatives nearby. I wouldn’t recommend dining here unless improvements are made to the food quality

We had an amazing experience at Gala and came here to experience the Miami spice menu. It’s a bit of a challenge to find the restaurant but it’s located on the 7th floor of the Hilton in Aventura, behind the building with the “popular” sign. The bar also was beautiful and had a large lounge area to enjoy.
We had fish croquetas, tostones with chicken, steak churrasco, squid ink spaghetti with shrimp, Strawberry and pistachio Panna cotta, and chocolate lava cake. Everything was delicious! Oscar, our server, was delightful. We ate outside by the pool and the ambiance was lovely.

Went out to try this new restaurant located in Hilton Aventura near Aventura Mall. The restaurant is very chic, modern, and has a nice ambience to it. We went there for our reservation and were found out that the restaurant doesn’t get crowded at all, which is a good thing during this time. Live music was being played when we were there, which was a nice unexpected touch. We wanted to try the Miami Spice menu, so we ordered tostones and grilled chicken anticucho for the appetizers, churassco skirt steak for our entree, and something like a passion fruit panna cotta and traditional flan for our dessert. The tostones were really good along with the chicken anticucho, however the tostones was the spicer of the two. The skirt steak was phenomenal, we both had it done medium and I have not tasted such a steak like I have in this restaurant. I recommend getting that for your main course. The passion fruit panna cotta was really flavorful too, however the flan was not something I would really remember from my experience. One thing to mention is that the Miami Spice menu here includes a glass of wine, which is not mentioned on the Miami Spice website. The best time to go to the restraunt in my opinion would be around 6PM, so that you can catch some live music and enjoy the atmosphere.

I had the pleasure to dine at Gala Restaurant & MuseBar located on the 7th floor of the Hilton Hotel Aventura. Parking was easy to find on the parking garage along the left side of the building. From the parking garage you can take the elevator to the restaurant. We decided to dine alfresco because it overlooked the pool. We dined here because the restaurant was featured as a part of Miami Spice. We dined on a prefix menu that included an appetizer, entree, dessert, and a glass of wine for $42 not including taxes and gratuity. I ordered the tostones with chicken and black beans for my appetizer it was a bit spicy but delicious. For my entree, I ordered the chimichurri churrasco steak. It was tasty. The white wine paired very well with my dinner. I ordered a spiked frozen lemonade from the a la cart menu but the alcohol was significantly missing. The desert was a chocolate lava cake paired with vanilla ice cream topped with caramelized bananas. The chocolate cake was not overly sweet and the ice cream was a creamy vanilla bean. The presentation of every meal that was served out of that kitchen was phenomenal (very fancy). Oscar, our server was very attentive. He even observed that I dropped my napkin on the floor and got me a new one. He brought us new utensils with every dish. Also, the view from the 7th floor is amazing. Overall, it was a great value meal. Be sure to check out Gala Restaurant during Miami Spice.
