I visited this McDonald’s and had a terrible experience. I ordered a coffee with milk, and the milk was spoiled. I also got two chicken wraps, but they came with no chicken, just a tortilla and some lettuce. On top of that, my frappe had pink cream instead of white cream. When I tried to get a refund, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to return my money. The manager also told me that the higher-level manager wouldn’t be back until Tuesday, so I couldn’t get my refund until then. To make matters worse, when the cook was called, he came out and mocked what had happened. Overall, due to what happened, I do not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Great indoor playground! We go to this location for the play place when it’s too cold to play outside. I’ve never had a problem with the service here, and the food is always just standard mcdonald’s.

Tons of people working, no one getting food. Been waiting for 20 minutes and app said food was done long ago. Finally she yelled a name (not mine) and after a minute I went and looked – it was my name! She told me she couldn’t read right now(maybe never?) don’t come here

This place just gets worse and worse. Keep giving them chances. And now it takes you forever for somebody to answer the speaker. Nobody in line today and it took 5 minutes to order a Coke. Then, I get up to the window. Second window, after paying at the first one, then they tell me they don’t have Coke what else would I like?

I don’t know what’s going on with customer service nowadays. But you don’t get greeted anymore. And then they give you food that looks like it’s no longer edible.
And it’s happened more often than not nowadays. This is not worth $12.

I preordered my food on the app, they didn’t put bacon on all three of my burgers. I ordered double quarter pounder with bacon, bacon is a whole up charge. I returned my order and they slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I then realized my sweet tea was unsweetened, I went back in just for them to give me the same burgers with no bacon. The lady called me a liar stating I returned it because it had bacon. I said I’m not arguing and showed her my receipt on the app to show it said DOUBLE BACON QUATER POUNDER WITH BACON. She went to the back and told some guy I returned it because I did what bacon and he yelled “didn’t she just say she didn’t want that”. Of course, I was heated and yelled back why would I ask for no bacon if it’s an up charge. The disrespect is uncalled for and the fact that I pre-ordered my food and you still managed to mess it up is even a bigger issue! One thing I don’t play about is my food, especially when I’m being up-charged for it. Learn how to be respectful, Because I did not choose to be a McDonald’s worker, I chose to go to college and get a real job.

Placed an order and was charged for $26 on February 15 at 1230 pm. I paid and was never given a recipe. At 105 I approached the restaurant as I still had not received my food. No manager, no employee was available. The lobby had 10 others waiting for their food and the drive through was completely backed up. I never received my food and wasn’t even given a receipt. This isn’t bad business, it’s criminal.

I thought this one was better than the one on Colorado ave until 9pm tonight. 10pc nuggets and cheeseburger order. I’m told to move up from the pay station to make fresh meat and of course avoid management knowing the time to complete the order since the place is dead with 2 employees and no one behind me on drive thru. I think the nuggets were so cold and undercooked I might have gotten food poisoning if they used real chicken. Horrible and of course the burger meat was ice cold cheese not melted and bread stale. Needless to say I want a refund and will never return. Sadly no managers or quality control will put this place out of business. 3 out of 5 rating is pathetic!

It is getting worse and worse. I ordered on the mobile app these items, I waited 25 minutes, the guy who was delivering food to us like we are at a sonic, wasn’t told who’s order was who’s FOR EVERYONE, so my bag went to 4 different cars, THE FRIES WERE LARGE NOT MEDIUM YET THEY WROTE IT DOWN AND STILL GOT IT WRONG. McDonald’s needs to get a new owner in here
