My fiancé and I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location. We eat here often, sometimes several times a week, and it never disappoints. Every Saturday morning we dine in for breakfast (our favorite), and it truly is the highlight of our week. The staff is always friendly, patient, and professional. Even when the restaurant is busy, they handle everything with care and efficiency. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. This location is not just the best Chick-fil-A in Alabama, it is the best one in the entire country. I say that in confidence as I have visited locations within several states.

First time at Chick-fil-A. The salad was solid, but the chicken club sandwich was a letdown—dry and flavorless. The kids had fun on the play structure, which was a plus. Oddly, the bathroom floors were greasy and slippery—my Vintage Havana soles had no grip at all. Kids enjoyed, but I don’t want to eat there again. I would rather dine at Sidelines for much less money and better quality of food.

My coworkers and I ordered food here, we were chatting a lot at our table so we actually missed the first time they called our order (our fault) They actually remade our food and Star gave us free dessert to make up for the wait. Huge shout out to the entire team working around 6pm on 02/12/2026! The lines were absolutely wild but I watched as all of the employees worked together showing great team work and providing great customer service. Despite the absolutely wild volume of customers I got my order pretty quickly. Food was hot, order was correct and service was 10/10. I wish I would have been more observant of names but Madison and Maggie were just a few of the employees doing a great job tonight!

Food was fresh and hot. Service was good although not quite as warm as at some other chick fil a’s. The one disappointment was that no one came around to refill drinks as they do at other places and I didn’t want to wait in the lunch line to get a refill. Honey BBQ sauce is the best!

The most consistent fast food restaurant on the planet and this one is no exception. The spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries is always a hit, especially with Polynesian. This location is kind enough to offer a Military discount and they also have an amazing playground for kids. The only downside is the parking arrangements here are terrible, but it’s still worth it.

Not sure what is going on with this stores inventory ordering, but over the last few months I have experienced them repeatedly being out of lettuce for sandwiches. Today was even more frustrating when the drive- thru person didn’t let us know they were out of it or we would have changed our order had we known. I understand their lettuce for sandwiches is different then their salad lettuce, but I would be okay with them substituting.

Great drive thru experience. I am amazed at the consistency of all the Chick-fil-A’s throughout the country.
We are traveling back home and the food was correct. Peach shakes are in season and we had one of those also.
The inside of the restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. It was about 10:25 a.m., so I asked if lunch was starting soon and the team member told me 10:30.
I took some photos and they are attached! We have a 5 star experience in the drive thru!
