This was our first visit to Kickback Jack’s. Even though the parking lot was full, we had no trouble getting a seat. Our server was awesome and very attentive. The food was good overall. The Philly egg rolls were a hit, and the Korean BBQ sauce was delicious. My daughter loved the Cajun chicken pasta, and the Philly with fries was really good.
My friend ordered the firecracker shrimp and wasn’t a fan, saying it didn’t really have much spice. As far as sports bars go, this is a solid option with plenty of TVs and a good selection of beer on tap.

I had passed by this place for years from River Hwy. Didn’t think much of it. The signage gave me an impression of old, small, boring but I was very wrong. When I eventually walked in, the place is huge with TVs for sports everywhere, music playing at a perfect decibel, cheap drinks, pretty good food, and a friendly staff.
I now pop in here often to unwind (if I’m not on the road for poker). I also pop into Joey’s, Duckworth’s, and Mac’s but KBJ is different because I can truly unwind. At all the other venues, if you get something to eat or drink at bar, you’re close to other patrons and I get into long and deep convos. At KBJ, it’s spread out, so I always pick the emptiest spot. It’s my unwind location.
However, I will end up in a deep and long convo once in a while, especially if drinking red wine. But, in the past, this has led to me explaining to someone that was bad at geography that Spain is above Maine and they named it Spain because it rhymes with Maine, telling someone else that didn’t know what emphatic meant that it meant people that like hot air balloons, and telling another person that I’m nicer than Ghandi on Christmas Eve (he was Hindu). So … I try to just play on my phone, watch TVs, glance around to see what’s going on, etc.
The staff is cool. They don’t talk nearly as much as the staff at other places—maybe three sentences tops, but it’s corporate so they just do their jobs. Still friendly and efficient though.
Overall, this is a great place to watch games, kickback when no games, and eat dry rub wings or ribs (top two items on this menu, imo).
Highly Recommended.

Because we were a large group of more than 12 people. We tried to call ahead but no note was made at the hostess stand. So when we arrived we had to wait a while before we could get sat but they did accommodate the large group. Once sat after a 30+minute wait the server seemed overwhelmed from the number of tables she had and it being a busy night but she did her job well enough. Overall, there were not very many people that stopped at the table through the whole service and we had to ask for drink refills and such. Overall it seemed like the place was very understaffed on the floor.
The food however came out good. What was supposed to be hot was hot. What was supposed to be cold was cold and we had no issues with any mods or send backs. The ribs were very good and guaranteed to fall off the bone. The mac and cheese is also incredibly creamy and delicious.

Our server was prompt and provided great service. She had a great attitude and personality which allowed our time to be enlightening. There was plenty of food with so many options at an economical price. Nice place to celebrate good times.

We visited this restaurant around this time last year and sadly haven’t been back. We are a family of 5 and stopped in one afternoon for an early lunch. We walked in to a few people at the counter and expected a friendly warm welcome and the group was pretty silent. It was almost like we had to greet them to be helped. Finally someone asked how many we were and asked we follow them. The guy walked a little too fast for my elderly mother in law i wasnt sure what the rush was. We walked passed many empty booths to what seemed like a side room that was semi open to the outside. Football was on and that area was extremely loud and you can smell the cigarettes from the outside. I was very quickly bothered as I didn’t think that was an area suited for us and felt it should’ve been quickly assumed. Our group is myself, my husband, elderly mother in law and 2 teens. We asked to be seated elsewhere and were brought over to the booths we had already walked past. Kristian was our server and she was super sweet and attentive. I think the food was good but honestly based on the whole experience I don’t remember it much. Wish I could day we’d return but probably not. It’s already been a year but I felt they were owes this review especially if others have had the same experience.

We enjoyed a peaceful day here today, lunch then dinner, with 2great friends. It was a Saturday 2:05-4:07 with Kayla, and then 6:11-6:38 with Coco. Our food was served hot, it was cooked as ordered, and our beverages were continuously topped off. I thoroughly enjoyed the New Orleans Pasta, which was flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Hubby had the Sirloin and Ribs, which were all cooked as ordered. I like the berry salad, so I ordered one as a side salad (minus the protein) Our friends had Ribs and Tenders, and the Bacon Jam Burger which was a tastebuds treat from what I was told. The rib dishes each came with a full rack of finger licking fall-off-the-bone ribs. We all brought ribs home so we could save room for dessert. The Brownie and the Chocolate Cake were shared between us. I forgot to take a picture of the Pretzel Sticks, but they were big, hot, soft, and served with a delicious jalapeño cheese sauce. We never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Kayla was very attentive and friendly. Coco seemed irritated that we were STILL there from the previous shift, although we ordered from her as well. We are heavy tippers when we stay longer than the usual two hours. Especially when things go well. Thank you for a lovely evening.

First time at kickbacks. Will never ever return. For starters, bartender did not know how to make a drink good. First drink I got was thick with syrup, huge cup like a liter size glass so sweet I could not. Told the bartender and she says all sales are final. Ok whatever, takes the drink away .. Ordered a gimlet , literally the worst I’ve had in my life but I drink it because I can’t return it right.. every time we needed it bartender she rolled her eyes at every request. In between doing things she just wanted to eat her food so her having to get up from her meal to help the only customers at her bar was just not on her bingo card today I guess. I had to ask her if she was okay because the eye rolls were excessive. Oh you guessed it, I’m def a black woman. And maybe if you think about it the pushback we get in restaurants for not tipping is because we literally have experiences like this, and when you get that Zero tip you’ll just say “typical “ for a black person when really you were rude inattentive and actually did not make us one good drink. Like if you’re going to have a policy where drinks are final sale, at least make sure your bartender doesn’t suck . We left and went to duckworths for real cocktails. And tipped well . Fries were good . That’s all I have to say about the food…

Good bar food. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. The loaded nachos could have used a bit more cheese but good jalapenos and some kidney beans. I had the bacon jam burger which was tasty. I’d come back again.
