We signed up and got free chips and salsa. Fresh chips, nice. Got the chicken enchilada soup and it was my favorite, yummy! We had the ribs and the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Both were very good. The ribs were very tender with plenty of meat. The Mac n cheese side had over cooked (mushy) pasta. The quesadilla had a great taste. Plenty of food. Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive.

I didn’t get anything special as far as meal goes. I just ordered the 3 for me deal. It’s as cheap as any fast food place you can eat but you get the added bonus of a nice atmosphere , better food and great service. The food and atmosphere were good but the service was the best part. The girl at the front was quick and very polite. Nick , my server was beyond great.. It had been a few months since I had eaten there and Chili’s had made some changes that I wasn’t aware of. The dip that went by the same name as before was about 50x hotter than before. Nick helped me get a good replacement picked out and was extremely patient with me. He didn’t make me feel like I was a hindrance at all even though I know I was. He was extremely busy but never left me needing anything and checked on me pretty much every time he walked by. If all places had employees like these two , I wouldn’t mind going out more often. Thank you Chili’s and Nick for a refreshing and pleasant experience.

Honestly surprised to be giving Chili’s 5 stars. Haven’t been to one of these in over a decade due to constant issues at every single one I’ve been to.

Had to grab a quick lunch between jobs and they were there so I gave them a try with honestly low expectations.

Service was fast and friendly. The fajitas were amazing. Shrimp perfectly cooked despite being for takeout. Portions were perfect except for the fact that there were only 4 tortillas, but it’s hard to complain when everyone does that, so I get extra automatically wherever I go.

Will definitely be back to try more of the new (to me) menu.

Waitress was nice, but took forever to get service so had to go find somebody to take our order. Got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, was very dry & skimp. Definitely not worth it, with all things considered.
I’d probably have had a better time, service & food at McDonalds. (I guess we ended up sitting near a booth with grown folks who was having his birthday party – at Chili’s , and idk, they were literally screaming like it was a football game or something, bless their hearts, lol)
2 stars instead of 1 because the waitress was nice, but ultimately I didn’t really care for any of it.

We have been going to this Chili’s location at least twice a month since it opened, and we have always had a great experience and amazing tasting food. However, the past two times (Jan. 17th and yesterday Mar. 2nd) has made us decide we will travel to a futher location to have a good meal from Chili’s.

On January 17th, we were denied a big table for our group of 9 and told we could have two booths away from each other. Not a big deal, but there were numerous big tables open and a couple that came in after us with a toddler were given a big table(still unused big tableswhen we left). We received our appetizers fairly quickly, but drinks took 20 minutes. We waited over an hour for our meals after the server came back 3 times, saying ours was next, and another server came back twice saying the same thing. We finally get our food the fajitas that sizzle were ice cold, Alfredo was mush with noodles falling apart, medium burger was charred and grey inside, the cheese wasn’t visible because it was sitting so long, and the texas cheese fries were cold, burnt and coaggulated lump. The kids in our group got their food quick, and were done eating for 45 minutes waiting for us to eat. No adults ate their food, the lady manager said she would personally make my burger, never saw her again. I got the burger “hot” but it was still well done.

Yesterday, we went in with hopes that the obvious new management got it up and running better, but we were sadly mistaken. We were there for like 10 minutes before our drinks were taken (which it’s understandable). Three of my kids sprite tasted putrid, the server gladly got them chocolate milk. It took about 30 minutes to get our margaritas and 1 of our appetizers (chips and salsa), worst margarita we’ve ever had it tasted like nothing but margarita mix. After an hour the cook comes out saying there were no fries, which the majority of our party ordered, and said we can pick another side. I got the upcharge for bacon cheese fries. As he is saying this, our food comes out with no sides. Our second appetizer (trio dip) is also coming out. I say I’d like to talk to the manager to figure this out. She comes to talk to us. I explain the situation (same manager as 1/17). She doesn’t seem to be concerned. My husband says we don’t want the food, but of course pay for what we consumed and tip our server because it wasn’t her fault. When the manager didn’t seem to care, I explained this same thing happened a month ago and said she would told me on 1/17 she would”personally make it to make sure it was cooked properly” I said ” it was still way over done, but was hot” she then told my family to “just leave”. I hate confrontation and have worked in the restaurant industry and understand how it can be. Before we ordered a man calmly told the manager he waited over an hour for his steak and wanted it off the bill (it was raw). He didn’t have time to have it remade. The time we were there the tables and floors around us never got cleaned, and waitresses were having a great time in the bar area(not ours). As this was all coming to an end, my chair got bumped by a tabel as they were cleaning it and lifted my chair to where my chest hit our table. I presumed it to be an accident, but no apology or even my bad, manager didn’t care. Luckily, they didn’t bump one of my sons who were sitting right beside me.Hopefully, there will be better management one day because the reviews, food, and atmosphere are not good for an average resteraunt where normal people go for a decent meal for their family…

I’ve visited this place probably 5 times now. Not one of those five times has the bar been clean to sit at. When the blonde bartender is there, she is attentive and excellent to deal with. When she is not there, service is lacking, the ranch is so watered down that it doesn’t stick to the fries or anything and drips all over the place, very high priced food for super low quality. Yesterday I had the chicken fingers with fries and Mac and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was watery, I had all the crumbs of the remaining cold fries mixed in with my chicken tenders all plopped on the plate in one pile. The fries were cold… I swore I wasn’t gonna come back but I did. I’ve never had an excellent experience here where everything was fine. For the prices this place charges, you’d expect an average dining experience with clean seating and attentive servers. Not here. That’s non existent.

This Chilli’s used to be decent but, over the last couple of years, service has declined a lot especially for mobile pickup orders. I have had three times, after you discontinued curbside, where you said my order was ready. I went in to pick up and still had to wait forever to find out that my order was really ready and sitting on a shelf in the kitchen the entire time. The last time was my Door Dash pickup. I literally lost money while the customer’s order froze on the shelf for 10-15 minutes. Really need to up your awareness game, folks.
