Seafood was ok, the crab legs were incredibly small and the popcorn shrimp was extremely over cooked. Presentation wise it all looked amazing but the taste was off. Our host was amazing, but be prepared for a long wait. From what I could tell there were only 2 people working the floor which was decently busy. Total service took roughly 2 hours. They only have one person (manager) that can check ID for adult beverages.

Came during lunch. Wasn’t crowded and the food was better! Will visit again during these hours. The service was only a tad slow but that’s because of the greater than usual customer volume. (Im sure our larger than average group was the unusual bit).
When I say the food was better, I had the best lobster I’ve had in the south during this visit. And the steak was super tender. Other party members lived the food as well.

Great food and excellent service. Grabbed dinner with my aunt and uncle last week here while in town for a conference.
I got the blackened salmon with shrimp and Cajun sauce and it was exceptional. Cooked to perfection and with one of the most flavorful sauces I’ve tasted. I had the steamed broccoli and salad with thousand island dressing. And yes, the cheddar biscuits are THAT GOOD!!
They got the ultimate feast and loved it. We will be back.

There is no flatbread anymore close to Red Lobsters LOBSTER FLATBREAD !! Had lobster flatbread and salmon yesterday for lunch and couldn’t be more pleased. Jackson Tennessee’s only seafood restaurant and it was incredible AS USUAL. Thank you great bartender and manager Jacqueline !! I’ll be back soon

My server was very patient and helpful. My meal was delicious and my dessert was PHENOMENAL. They went the extra mile to customize my drink for me as well. The music was diverse (which is rare at most restaurants) and is very important to my experience. So I really had fun and enjoyed my entire time there today. I WILL BE BACK SOON.

In the past the food has been ok but it looks like Red Lobster is on an upswing. Both our food and service were top notch. I got the new shrimp and sausage jambalaya and it was delicious ! Our server Garrett was awesome and attentive. Thank you again Red Lobster staff!
