Amazing service and the food was great!
We had a dairy allergy, so no dairy on one burger, and manager came by our table to check that it was right–it was wrong, but he immediately went and had a dairy free burger made up, came right back and gave us a free custard coupon too!

Had a great experience at Culver’s today! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really made the visit stand out was the service. Malakai was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile. Definitely coming back!

Ordered burgers today for dine-in. They arrived all squashed and looked very hurridly assembled. The meat was pretty small and was too small for the flat bun.

First time trying a Culver’s and from pulling up to the Drive Thru to the first and final bites I was amazed, fulfilled and happy with my 1st trip to Wisconsin. Double Bacon with Cheese and Curds as a Side was just a dip in the pool of flavor known as Culvers.

I don’t ever have issues with their food, but when it comes to the banana split sundae, I get it brought out to me fully melted. This has happened to me every time. I have taken it back twice, but this time I’m done getting banana split sundaes there. You would think they would make it after all the food is done. I would gladly wait a few extra minutes to get my sundae without it being soup. I will be now going to DQ for my banana split sundaes.

It’s been awhile since I visited a Culver restaurant but that’s where my granddaughter wanted to go. So disappointed with the burger. You’d have to order a double burger in order to get what a single burger use to be!! All I tasted was everything but the burger!! The burger didn’t even fill the bun and couldn’t get any flatter. So for the price of your burgers I will go elsewhere. Really disappointed because I use to really like the burgers. Like everyone else maybe profit driven but in these times of penny pinching I will go where I can get my money’s worth.

So I’m being told at this Culver’s that this is all the mushrooms that ever come on a mushroom Swiss burger… that’s total crap!! I get mushroom Swiss burgers from Culver’s all the time, I’ve NEVER had so few mushrooms and instead of making the customers happy I was treated like I was a moron for thinking there should actually be 1 full mushroom on my burger. What a joke!!

Food only took like 2 minutes to get to my table so I’m pretty sure burgers are precooked. They were dry. Had mayo pickles and onion on it only one onion bit and one pickle. Fries were probably sitting there too. Came in at 2pm. Kind of pricey for portage. I think the dells is a bit cheaper.
