Got seated very quickly, nice atmosphere and employees. Found a hair in my eggs and then another on the plate… Told them and they made another plate but the food quality itself was just awful.. I normally don’t complain but definitely not worth $50 for 2 people to eat… Very unsanitary and just overall not worth a dime.

This place is awesome. Let me start by saying that they close the dining room earlier than they close. We came with a large party after a concert and they were gracious enough to take us on and the service was on point. The food was wonderful. We left a good tip for them being welcoming and accommodating. I just want to say thank you if you were working that night. We truly appreciate you!!! The employees seemed to get along and worked well together and we’re laughing and cutting up with one another and the restaurant was clean. I give 10 stars!

Pancakes are terrible now. They have changed drastically and the quality is at an all time low! It is giving McDonald’s warmed up breakfast cakes. Taste Nothing like they use too and they don’t look the same also. Much thinner and flimsy and rubbery than advertised and described. So disappointed in this corporation for changing it. Use to be the only reason we went to ihop

Lunch today was at IHOP with some of my family, after a little pre family vacation shopping. It’s been many years since I have dined at this location, I think it’s either a new IHop or it’s been remodeled. Some in my party ordered breakfast some of us ordered from the lunch menu. My soon to be 4 yr old great great nephew wanted pancakes chocolate milk( must have been good he ate 4 kid’s size pancakes) I ordered the classic fried chicken sandwich. It’s a fried boneless chicken breast on a hoagie type bun with lettuce, tomato, bacon, ranch dressing and sliced avocado. It comes with your choice of sides, mu choice was half fries and half onion rings. The sandwich was tasty, fresh and hot, the chicken was crispy on the outside with the right amount of crunch and tender without it being over cooked. The fries were hot with the right amount of salt, the onion rings were crispy a big plus the onion was cooked inside that crispy crunchy coating. To drink I had strawberry lemonade. Our waitress did appear to be on the tired side(understandable), but she did perk up before we left and she was quite pleasant. The meal was enjoyable, and it’s always good to spend time with family.

This was the most delightful experience. Please ask for PAT. She made our day spectacular and the food delicious. The service was excellent and PAT was friendly and funny and we loved everything. Definitely be back. Thank you IHOP for the best employee experience and making our Sunday breakfast fantastic. If I could give 100 I would. The best place in Greenville. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

First visit to ihop in years. Despite excellent service, breakfast as a total loser. My favorite breakfast is eggs Benedict. What ever sauce was on the eggs, it wasn’t hollandaise sauce. The mystery sauce was horrible. The waitress said it comes in bulk and not made in the restaurant. After washing out my mouth, I left ihop never to return.

Our server was Tracy and she was amazing. It was a busy Sunday afternoon, but she kept us updated on our meal preparation. The only disappointing thing was that the chicken in the chicken and waffles was mediocre at best… Overall, the great service made it a great outing !

Super nice, completely remodeled location. Very modern and clean. The interior of this location used to be very much like a Waffle House prior to the remodel. Very spacious with nice bathrooms. We always enjoy our food at IHOP, and the kids had fun with their activity papers and crayons. Side note: If you’ve never had an omelette from here give it a try. They make some delicious omelettes!

I enjoy going to IHOP with my husband, and we enjoyed the food, and coffee. The staff is very friendly. They check on the table regularly to ask if you need anything. I couldn’t ask for a nicer place to have breakfast or lunch or dinner.
