My son and I had a great experience here. We ordered two cheeseburgers, a 20-piece Chicken McNuggets, a medium fry, and a large Sprite to share. The food came out really quickly and everything tasted fresh.
The dining room was clean, it was easy to order, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Everything was smooth, service was okay the young lady was nice and made sure i got everything. The only thing that worries me about this McDonalds are the kids i saw coming from the back. Is this even safe??? I had came in around i wanna say 6 or 7 i dont really remember but i saw kids and this isn’t the first time i have seen these kids. This shouldn’t even be allowed and whoever the mother is should be ashamed honestly.

Every time I go to this location I immediately realized why I never go to this location they have the sorriest worst sense of urgency I have ever experienced in my life at a restaurant. Every time I go there is a long wait no customer service no greetings no nothing whether you’re inside or outside nobody speaks to you they just asked for your money while not even bothering to tell you you’re going to be waiting at least 10 to 12 minutes I only got coffee early this morning and I still stood in the store 10 minutes to wait on it ask someone who has been a general manager at several locations this is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with I’ve always known McDonald’s to be fast paced and a friendly environment this by far is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Panhandle do better

I guess I should have checked the reviews before coming since they are mostly 1 star like this one. You can see how old the burger patties are in the picture. The fries have crumbs all over them and were absolutely fried in very old oil, you can taste it. Husband got nuggets, also cold and old. $16 bucks down the drain

Not bad if your in a hurry or really hungry and want somwthing quick. I wonder where all them burgers come from tho because there is no way that we have that many cows in this world think about it and im not hating or low grading this place. Ate here since I was a kid.

Ordered off the app this is what I received.. the manager yelled at me. Walked away from the counter never said another word to me… the entire staff proceeded to to walk around the back talking trash about me and my child. When I asked for a higher managers phone number the manager walked away from me again and ignored me

This is the most terrible McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived here almost two years and every time I make the mistake of trying this location again….I regret it. The service is insanely slow, the food always tastes like it’s stale, sitting under a heat lamp for three days….but hey….it is always clean I’ll give em that!

This location is a joke. Undercooked chicken sandwiches, cold hash browns. Their staff are trashy and would rather be on their phones and could care less about the customers. When you try to complain to a a manager you get a run around. Drive the extra time to go to Shalimar or Beal.

Every single time I come here it’s something. Oh you ordered a large coke? Well we have only HI C today! I said I don’t want that sorry. No offer to refund me. I just left without a refund, nothing matters!!
Then they’re screaming my order number and getting rude with me because I don’t know what my order number is because every single time I’ve come here the receipt printer is out of paper so I don’t have a piece of paper with my order number on it.
Oh and if you decide to do curbside good luck. 15 mins later maybe your food will show up.
Do you want ice coffee? Good luck! You’ll get white sugar milk water!

Kind of clean lobby. Food was good temperature. Chicken nuggets were freshly fried.
I ordered through the app for table service and the counter girl wanted me to pick it up at counter. So I told her that it was table. And she brought it to the table. She made a face. But she brought it. No manners at all.
