My mind is blown away at my experience at Long Horn, our server AALIYAH and the food/quality. My ONLY gripe was the bread… Long Horn is most definitely in last place with the bread choice in my opinion (but at this point I’ll bring my own bread).

We started with the spicy chicken bites and the spinach dip (before the food came I said, “this food is going to be so good!” Did I manifest it!??) I didn’t expect the sweetness though, it was giving firecracker with a hint of bang -bang sauce. The spinach dip was good too for what it was but we weren’t trying to get too full.

He got the Porter House, I did the filet and lobster and the lobster is honestly what took me. Hands down one of the most tender, juiciest and flavorful lobsters I may have ever had. I ate it and was like, “why are you here at a steak house?!”. The Brussels sprouts were everything I needed, the broccoli was full of flavor and so were the mashed potatoes and the side salad was super fresh.

Aaliyah didn’t forget not one request, she checked on us adequately and not overbearingly, ….but you know what, forget the proper words… I’m a server (and almost 8 months pregnant) and I’m always disappointed with the service so my whole heart was happy last night.

Woke up thinking about the food, we’ll definitely be back again.

I had an excellent experience with my to-go order. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making the process seamless. My order was ready in less than 15 minutes, which was impressive. When I got home, I was delighted with the meal—both in portion size and flavor. Everything was thoughtfully packed, including bread, utensils, and butter, making it feel like a true restaurant experience. Highly satisfied!

So I went to lunch on Sunday 3-8-2026. I told the girl at the front I had seven people . All my family wasn’t there, yet. So I understood waiting , because I was the only one there. When 5 of us showed up, we weren’t sure if the other two were going to make it. I asked kindly if since we had everyone but two, if we could go ahead and be seated. However the rude girl said we had to wait for the whole part to show up. There was a lady that came in that said she had a party of 5. They weren’t there yet. But they let her seat at the table. I totally understand if one or two out of a party of seven is there, having to wait for more of the party. But 5 showed up Two of the party were in their 80’s. We were very kind. And we were patient. This is a stupid rule . And the girl was really rude. Show allowed someone else to be seated without their whole party. What was different about my party? This is why I usually do not eat at this restaurant. The food is not the best. And the service is not great. But the people doing the seating are usually horrible and have no compassion. Sometimes one or two people out of the party might be running late. That is no reason to be rude and not let the majority of the party seat down at a table . Do not eat at this restaurant.

The food provided was relatively good. However, our seating arrangement was less than ideal, as we were placed at the bar next to the takeout area. This created an awkward dining experience, with patrons frequently standing over our table while waiting for or picking up their orders. While our server was not particularly attentive, service was still provided in a timely manner.

The primary concern prompting this review is the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Cobwebs were visible above the black cowboy silhouettes near our table, and a noticeable white residue was present on the booth walls, extending from the floor upward. Combined with a musty atmosphere, these factors raised concerns about the building’s upkeep.

I want to give my sincere appreciation for what was a fine example of the longhorn Steakhouse brand and customer service. From attention to details, This associate server Tonie- embodies an splendid example of what the longhorn Steakhouse model is. She is truly in tune with Longhorn Steakhouse brand. I have not met many restaurants associates with these attributes before, who ensure that this model is consistent. Tonie is a fine representation of longhorn Steakhouse. She is doing it right, Well Done Tonie.

DEBIT CARD LOST AFTER PUTTING IT IN THE SLEEVE TO PAY THE BILL!
THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE SERVER! SHE WAS HELPFUL.
My family and I had dinner at Longhorn in Savannah (Abercorn location) on a Saturday night, Feb. 8th around 9:00. The food was good as always. The SERVER WAS VERY HELPFUL. . When I went to pay the bill, I had my debit card in the sleeve provided. When the receipt came back to the table to be signed, the debit card was gone. I alerted the server, and we both looked around the restaurant for the debit card. While we were doing this, I made eye contact with the manager (younger white male) on duty who never once stepped in to ask what was going on or help us do anything! I had to call right then and there and get the card canceled, which was an inconvenience to say the least. I asked the server if she would have the manager come over so that I could speak with him, assuming that he would compensate us in someway. His response to me was “The meal is already paid for.” He did not apologize or offer any type of compensation WHATSOEVER!!! he didn’t even ask for my phone number in case the card was located! As a matter of fact, he basically dismissed himself from the conversation. I emailed corporate. I received a response stating that a managing partner would be contacting me. As of this date, I have not heard from that person.

Beware if you go to this location!

After to being seated that brought the breads to the table and didn’t return to take the drinks order for about another fifteen minutes. Place dinner order and that was another twenty minutes for the food and I return my order because it was too salty. I think they was not prepared for the rush that was before them.
