Usually I’ve never had a problem here but this morning after I got my food there was a decently sized eggshell in my sausage mcmuffin 🙁 the lady who brought it out was polite and I’m sure it was a mistake from kitchen. I’m just concerned if i had given it to a child what could’ve happened.

If I could give less I would. Place online states it has a play place which was the only reason I brought my granddaughter here. Was on my way to check the back area cause the door was open. To be yelled at by what I’m assuming is a manager due to her uniform.. she said that place is closed. I said I’m just looking for the play area. She said that is for employees only your not allowed back there. Server that brought our food was very respectful amd polite. But after the way these managers treat staff and customers I personally wouldn’t come back nor recommend this location to anyone. Especially someone with young family

They take a long time to bring out mobile pick up orders. They mess up orders. For example I asked for powerades for 2 happy meals and somehow one was medium and one was small.

I came here with my three kids. My kids ordered and while my kids were ordering, the worker was getting impatient and telling my kids if they could hurry up because there’s people behind me. as soon as we got the food, we noticed that they gave us the wrong order and there was a nail clipping in my burger. I noticed that there was bubbles on my soda and it looked a lot like spit. Do not come here if you want nasty contaminated food they never clean down the tables either I talked to the manager about it and he just gave me sass and attitude and accused me of planting that in my food.

I stopped by McDonald’s for coffee, and unfortunately this time both drinks missed the mark. My iced coffee had coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup, so I didn’t end up drinking it. I also ordered a hot coffee, and that one tasted watered down and burnt . This isn’t.the first time I’ve had issues with this mcdonalds . They tend to always forget things A little more care in preparation, and paying attention would make it better.

Went to McDonald’s today their card reader was down. Totally understandable. We had cash. But the food took forever to get half my order was missing and it was ice cold. I live four minutes away. Why was my food already in time of a four minute car ride.

I went this morning and ordered a coffee at the drive thru. Then paid and the second window said here’s your drink and food. I told them I ordered coffee, then they said they charged me for a meal. I then said I want a refund and they gave me a hard time doing it. That’s bad service.

This McDonald’s is terrible their fries are never consistent either they have too much salt or no salt on them over cooked fries or under cooked fries…I ordered a medium meal and my fries had a half filled..I noticed that filet o fish is smaller this is terrible for what McDonald’s is charging.. I no longer go..I go to Chillies 10.99 burger way bigger and it’s like having a steak burger
