I visited the LongHorn in Florence, SC on September 27th at 7:30 PM. My partner and I both ordered well-done steaks. I got the 6oz sirloin with shrimp kebabs, rice, and a sweet potato topped with cinnamon sugar and butter. The sweet potato was excellent, and the shrimp and rice were flavorful. However, the steak was a bit small and came out dry. My partner ordered the Parmesan-crusted T-bone with potato salad and really enjoyed his meal—the steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The food overall was delicious, but the service could have been better. We had to wait 10–15 minutes since it was busy, which was understandable, but our server gave us plastic silverware, which made cutting steak very difficult. We also didn’t get our appetizer or bread until after our entrees arrived, so we ended up removing it from our bill.
Despite the service issues, we enjoyed our time together and appreciated the food quality. Hopefully, service can improve because the meals themselves are worth coming back for.

I think it was a change of shift, and they slowed on setting customers. After shift change it was much better. Great customer by special mention (Hansel). She was patient, pleasant, and attentive. The resteraunt was busy. I ordered the Long Horn, but the food was slightly cool. The steak was medium well, and a little tough to chew it could’ve been due to being cool. The server made it right. I just got a carryout. The lamb chops were cool also. Some of the food was good when served, and due to customer service and some of the food, i will return, but maybe not on a busy day.

The place was empty at 2 in the afternoon during the week. Took forever to decide where to seat us..I guess too many options..and when they did it was at the bathroom entrance! Every table in the area was empty. The young man that seated us was very “entitled” with an attitude ! The server was superb!

I am at the Florence, SC location and this has been one of the worst dining experiences my family and I have had. We were at a booth, but the manager, Brian, came over and asked us to move to the middle of the restaurant because there was “no server available.” This would have made sense if the surrounding booths weren’t already full and being served without issue.

Instead, we were relocated to a very uncomfortable table in the middle of the restaurant that was dirty and had not been swept/vacuumed. Additionally, the table/location was especially unsuitable for someone in our party with a disability. Not to mention, the foot traffic rubbing shoulders with strangers going back and forth to the restroom was annoying. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and showed a complete lack of consideration for guests.

The poor decision from management unfairly affected our server as well, who received no tip, not because of her service, but because of the poor leadership that created this situation. Customers should not be shuffled around due to poor staffing, and servers should not be penalized for management’s lack of planning.

This location needs stronger leadership and far more respect for its guests. We will not be returning.

For context, I posted a picture from the table we were seated at next to another booth he refused to provide to my family. Ridiculous! It was not too longer before another family arrived and was provided a seat at a similar booth with no problem. I can only assume the reasons for this unfair decision.

Went today. Signed online for the wait list and was quoted an hour wait. Arrived45 minutes later and was told another 45 minutes. Ok fine. Ordered a beer and sat and talked. And people watched..
Noticed only one waitress in the bar area( if there were more, we didnt see them). We were seated about 30 minutes into our wait!
It was worth the wait! Our waitress was named Charleston. How beautiful a name is that? Although we could tell she was over whelmed and very busy, her friendly attitude, smile, and exceptional service made our meal.
Our salads and meal came out before the appetizer but were delivered by the other staff members as we watched Charleston steady keep up with all of her tables. Food was wonderful, and the never appearing appetizer was not on the final bill so all ok there.
When we return to eat, we will wait for Charlestons section because her friendly attitude and welcoming smile were definitely part of an enjoyable meal. Way to go!!

My husband and I walked into Longhorn after waiting at a nearby restaurant for 13 minutes and not even having our drink order taken. We were greeted by smiling faces at Longhorn, immediately seated and drink order taken less than 2 mins after being seated. Our server was SAMUEL and he was amazing! Very professional and personable and had a smile the entire time. I told him about our experience before we left and was shocked when he informed us this was only his 2nd night on the floor!! We all definitely be going back and I hope we get Samuel each time! If you want a pleasant dining experience in a wonderful atmosphere with an amazing server, please go check out Longhorns in Florence!!

Absolutely cooked to perfection, if I could have eaten another I would’ve. Waitress checked in and made sure our drinks were filled without being overbearing, amazing date night spot. It does tend to get packed during peak hours but it’s DEFINITELY for a reason.
