This is a great chain of casual dining places in Oklahoma City. We tried the downtown location the last time we were here. The burgers are great and the sides are just what you would expect. This is a really great place to bring children! It is very much a family place. If you visit, you must order the potato bundle! French fries and fresh jalapeno pepper wrapped in a strip of bacon. It is a wonderful thing!

There was a tall young man with lots of dark hair who brought our food to the table. The French fries we ordered were cool, so we asked if they could remake them. 10 minutes later, we look up and see them sitting in the window. The young man is standing off to the side, bullshitting with his coworkers, rubbing his nose with his bare hands, running his hand through his hair, all around the dishes and the food. We go up and say hey, these are our fries, and they’re in that window. So he brings them out, and he says they just came out of the fryer. Again, they were warmer than before but they were not hot from the fryer because they’ve been sitting in the window for 5 to 7 minutes.
He argued with us and was extremely indifferent. I don’t think we’ll be back.

Flip Out
We came for a quick bite for lunch. We got the loaded queso and all of us enjoyed it. We ordered the kids chicken and fries which was a large battered chicken breast, cut into strips and Littlest Flip Out enjoyed it. Little Flip Out wanted a salad and it was a hit. Mrs. Flip Out enjoyed the Mushroom Swiss burger and I had the fried onion burger. All of the food was very good. Unfortunately, it took a while for my food to come out and I asked twice for it. They also forgot the onion rings and we asked about them 3 times. Finally, a manager got involved and everything came.

I have been to Sapphire nails 3 times. The first time I went in I had an appointment and was very pleased it was exactly what I wanted. The second time I went in I showed the gentle man doing my nails what I wanted. I requested that they they look like candy corn and they were nothing like that. Third time I had an appointment and I arrived at 2:00. I was seated with a girl that was going to do my nails that day. I told her what I wanted, and showed her a picture how I wanted to start them. Immediately she started saying no no no. The then put me with who I assumed was the owner. She was so aggressive with the little drill one of my fingers is still healing. I asked for certain base color and she used another one
My nails are pretty but not worth the cost or painI had to jerk my hand away from her on numerous occasions. I would recommend that people looking for a salon don’t go to Sapphire Nails on 122nd and Rockwelll.

Pretty nice experience on a Friday night. Food was out quickly. Always good to see former student athletes working there. Yay Piedmont kids!! Beer was ice cold. Fries were tasty. We will return. My daughter’s loved the burger & bomb pops! Kind of bummed I can’t make the burger sandwich a chicken sandwich any longer…

Fabulous burgers! Tasted SO good. We had the Spicy Avocado Burger (Beef), Jalapeños Bacon Burger (Bison) and Fish n Chips. The fries are kinda greasy but tasty. We will def come back again. Friendly service too.

Ive debated making a review but I’m so tired of our togo order always missing items. If we didn’t like the food so much, we would stop ordering. But 8 out of 10 times are french fries are always missing or we are missing 1 order out of 2. It’s consistently wrong, which is pretty annoying. Today, my order was missing all the extras that come with 2 kids meals and one order of fries. We order togo through the app at least 2-3 times a month and this has been an ongoing issue for a year. I try to make it a point to check the bag myself before I leave but the order should be checked before it even comes out to my car by the people who work there. I completely understand accidents happen and items get missed but it happens way too frequently for it not to be a problem with how togo orders are handled. Also, we call up (most) of the time when items are missing and we are offered a refund on the missing items and/or given gift cards for free orders of fries (which we dont use because the gift card is dine in only) but to be honest I would just like for my order to be correct.

Me: cheeseburger lettuce and onion only. Worker: did you say onion and tomato? Me: No, lettuce and onion. When I arrived home, what was on the bun? You guessed it. Onion and tomato. What a waste of what appeared to be 2 lovely slices of tomato and I was left with onion only on my burger. I asked for it to be medium rare. It was barely pink. The bottom bun was so soggy I had to throw it out. This used to be my go to burger spot. I’ll be looking for a replacement.
