I know it’s McDonald’s but come on. Of all the McDonald’s I have visited over the years, this one was the absolute worst but forvreasons that should not be.
There service from the employes there was awful and that was a direct reflection of the manager. One of the employees asked us if we had order yet. We told her we been waiting forever for our food. The manager as she was walking into the lobby to lock the doors chimed in…..if they don’t like the wait, give the a refund which truthfully probably would have taken longer to do. If you don’t like your job….. do us all a favor and “QUIT”!!!
The food was put together in a way that made it look like a slop sandwich….no appeal and dry. We threw it all away and went to another place…why.
If you are the manager and reading this review from 02/28/2026 around 10:30pm… your attitude is being reflected in every bag and your bag to us will keep us away from McDonald’s for awhile….do better!!!
The establishment was very clean..maybe, that person, keeping the place clean should have your job….just saying.

The staff is great, but I gotta say on my burger which came with lettuce and tomato, not really sure what happened along the way before I got the food. The piece of tomato that was on my burger was so small it looked like a little chunk maybe from the middle of a tomato so I sure hope I wasn’t charged extra for the tomato. That was a little bit disappointing

Could not place my order for lunch. No one could be bothered to take our order. People lined up waiting on there orders. They had to catch a person that was dropping off orders to ask for condiments, because they are kept behind the counter. We left and went to Burger King and actually got service and not ignored.

Chronic Slow Service and Disinterested Staff

I visited this McDonald’s today [Mention the date if possible, e.g., “on December 12th”] to pick up an online order that consisted of **only one item**.

Despite the simplicity of the order, I was made to wait **over 10 minutes** past the scheduled pickup time.

The most frustrating part was the **complete lack of customer service** from the staff working that shift. At no point did anyone offer an apology, an explanation, or even a simple gesture to acknowledge my agonizing wait. I was essentially ignored while standing there.

**This is not an isolated incident.** The chronic slowness and extremely poor customer handling have been a recurring issue at this specific location, indicating a systemic problem with shift management.

Management urgently needs to **review and improve staff performance** to ensure efficient service and basic courtesy. Customers’ time should be respected.

I ordered three breakfast meals and an additional order of hash browns. After patiently waiting with my children for 15-20 minutes inside the establishment, I discovered that five items were missing from my order. Subsequently, there was a disagreement regarding the completeness of the order based on my initial report. The issue was ultimately resolved once I presented my bags and receipt.

I order from McDonald’s a lot because my daughter loves the happy meals and most the time I also just get something small for myself sometimes I will DoorDash or go there myself well either way I never get the right thing that i ordered or paid for they charge extra if you want more then two sauces or to add certain stuff on different sandwiches and when you say something to them they wanna get smart and act like your trying to get over on them. My burger was literally cold like it was sitting out and cheese wasn’t even melt on it and I asked for extra onions and didn’t get what I paid for neither also have no sauces so in the trash it all went who wants plain cooked food. Waste of time even trying to get them to correct the order when they talk to you like you’re 5 years old. Hire people who actually care. Not to mention my food wasn’t even wrapped in the bag I’m glad I didn’t eat none of it because I probably would have been sick. Very unprofessional do better

In not a huge mcdonalds fan as far as food goes…but this was the cleanest one ive ever seen we actually ate inside…they had led lights that made designs on the table tops. . Id definitely eat there again when im in the area.

I just got out of there I was charged for the wrong meal . Manager clearly doesn’t know how to have a solution for the customer. Her solution was to go back around and order again .
She could have parked me and charge the extra how ever she wanted to do . But not go around and order again because she doesn’t have a register in the front . Please train your managers how to solve this easy situations so customers can came back .

I came to the drive-through at around 12:30 AM today. Immediately the lady at the window was incredibly rude. I didn’t know exactly which code I wanted to use on my mobile app so I waited till o got to the window to pay. The lady says to me “ I asked you for a code already” and shook her head and rolled her eyes. I then came up to the window to get my food and the lady at the 2nd window gives me the nastiest look, quickly handed me my food and slammed the window door in my face. My food is cold as well. I never write reviews… But this was a disgusting and terrible experience. It doesn’t cost much just to put a smile on your face and be kind.
