Ordered a hot turkey sandwich, it was cold when I got it, told the waitress and she said they could only warm it up in the microwave.. I asked them if they would just make me a new sandwich as putting it in the microwave would only make the bread soggy and crust hard and her response was we don’t do that… asked to speak to the manager, Darian came to our table and I explained the situation to her she was very rude, very unprofessional and was of no help at all and told me they don’t remake food they only reheat it…. We come here quite often and have never had any issues at all until today… unfortunately this is the last time we will be coming here… stuck paying for food that was nasty and couldn’t even eat it…

It was my first time going to Dom’s Diner and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a STUNNING Christmas tree. It was beautifully decorated. As soon as we walked in the staff welcomed us and we were seated immediately. Amanda came to our table and asked how we were doing and if we had any questions about the menu. She was very sweet and her service was EXCELLENT. There wasn’t a single staff member that didnt smile at us. It was such a great experience from the moment we walked in the first door. The prices were great and I can confidently say that we WILL be back and I will spread the word about how comforting this establishment was. I had the shredded corn beef and Swiss omelet and it was YUMMY!

Don’s is always solid. They have a good selection with a few wonderful spins on items. The service is top notch. Every item we had was good with a small detail that sent it over the top. My fresh croutons made this side salad a highlight for other restaurants in the area.

Today is my 2nd wedding anniversary and I came to Don’s diner for a steak and eggs breakfast. First I ordered my NY strip steak medium rare and they brought it to me well done. Then the next steak they brought to the table to give to me had 1/3 of the steak was fat! When I asked for the manager, he came with an attitude and told me the steak is a choice steak and that the fat is flavor, and I told him a trim of fat is flavor, not 1/3 of the steak! He argues with me and with a rude demeanor said to me that there isn’t anything I can do! He Walked away from the table with no apologies and no compensation. Before today I usually ordered lunch, and this was my first breakfast, but after today I will not be ordering anything else! What a way to start off my anniversary!!!

I was very satisfied with the service from Sam, she was prompt, attentive, helpful, and funny. She made our dinner so enjoyable. She was kind enough to get my mom a sundae for her 75th birthday.
The food was great, plentiful, hot, and fresh. Many of us got fish and chips, both cod and walleye and the fish was awesome and the sides were delicious.

I ordered a Beach body omelette based off the website menu around 8:06 am, got my order and saw there were banana peppers in my omelette and i did not see any tomatoes. called back the lady told me i can call back after 9 to speak to a manager .I decided to go up there, Spoke to Dareleen stated it’s been made like that I told her i ordered based off the menu online and it does not say anything about banana peppers,she stated no refunds and they could not remake my omelette without them, for the tomatoes she took it to the back and came
Back saying they were in there and it was some sin dried tomatoes she stated they are cooked in there Ive cooked tomatoes in my omelette before and no that is not it .To early to be yelling i just will not be back they have messed up my food for the last time. I get a slight allergic reaction to banana peppers told Darlene that also still stated i could not get a refund nor could my food be remade. So i have food i can not eat no owner to get in contact with no green peppers in my omelette either

Wonderful meal, with family. Our party had breakfast, chicken tenders and julienne salad. The food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Our waitress, Heather Mayville was fantastic and very attentive and friendly.. Dom’s is the spot for a good meal well worth the trip.

Our food tonight was delicious! The pricing was very fair. The wholesome food portions were generous. We had to take some home as we could not finish our meal. Great job kitchen! The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean on this snowy and slushy night. The dining room was invitingly warm. The dining room’s wrap around windows were decorated for the season by a very talented artist. We enjoyed our time at Dom’s Diner. We’ll definitely be back again!

It was very busy, but I was greeted right away and seated. The young man who seated me was very well mannered and friendly. My waitress came quickly and was friendly and helpful. Being my first visit, she helped me get what I wanted in the cheapest way to order. My waitress also came back to check on me several times. My food was brought to me hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s a very nice homestyle dinner. Even though they were very busy, they were all right on top of things. The restaurant was clean and pleasant.
