My fries were cold and they gave us only 1 napkin to share between the 4 of us.only 1 napkin seriously????. My daughter asked for extra pickles and they gave her one extra pickle really???!!!

12/19/25: update. I asked for a large vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla in it. This looks and taste like they didnt even put any in it! You can also tell by the color it is very dark but yet they charged me for extra!
This location can be hit or miss with service. Someone was at the first drive thru lane so I went to the other one. I was asked if I would be using the mobile app. I told them no. By the time I said that the person from the other drive thru lane pulled up to pay and a new person was sitting there waiting to order. I waited and waited and finally someone came back to the speaker AFTER taking the second car in the first drive thru lanes order even though I had been waiting there longer and was ready to order as I answered their question. I was only ordering a coffee and then had to wait longer as the second car ordered a bunch of food they had to wait for.

The bathrooms has broken soap dispenser. Not super clean. We ordered from the kiosk and it was out of paper. The employees were nice, but even though it wasn’t that busy; it was half an hour to get out order. Everyone was getting slow or wrong orders, even those that had just drinks. It was wayyy too long to just get one simple order of a few sandwiches and fries.

My wife and I went into this McDonald’s and we both ordered large coffees with six Splenda no flavoring . one of them came out with caramel flavoring like it said on the receipt even though we didn’t order it. Our two coffees were on separate orders so when we looked at the receipt, both receipts say caramel the only reason one came out without caramel was that they went and told the girl.
They did remake the one with caramel and we left and neither one of the coffees had the correct amount of Splenda. The front of the restaurant was clean and had outside seating, which made it easy for a couple that had a dog to dine with their pet.

Today in drive thru was missing one mchicken had my daughter go in with receipt and bag the employee with a blue sweatshirt and green construction vest told her no everything is there she is always rude and mean rolling her eyes any time we eat there. My daughter came out crying. I went in and the two managers wouldn’t provide her name and didn’t say anything about her attitude. No one needs to be treated so bad especially a child. I ordered a McChicken because I was in fact missing one and they didn’t replace it.

An older lady was tending to the dining area. She was kind, friendly, and attentive. She brought us extra napkins, water cups, and ketchup. Our experience was a pleasant one, due to her service.
Other than that, the wait time was a little long for three people, on a Wednesday morning.

They make really good bacon and egg and cheese bagels. The hashbrowns are always pretty crisp and the service seems polite and courteous. I recommend this location over a few others. Have a great day and hopefully this helps.

I totally understand not wanting to make food so close to when a location closes, but some people work late and have nothing else to bring home sometimes, so we need to hit these stops last minute to make things work. I made the mistake of ordering here in the last hour they were open. I was the only person waiting for food, and I am more than ok with any amount of time I need to wait. But they gave me my food, and didn’t give me the drink I ordered. On top of that, I looked at my food after, and it was so lazily thrown together, I needed to eat a burger with a KNIFE AND FORK. There’s like, 7 other McDonald’s in Fargo, and ALL of them are better than this place.

I don’t expect a lot from McDonalds, but today was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Decided a quick pickup (curbside) for dinner would be good. The order wasn’t large by any means, nuggets, 2 sandwiches, fries, kids meal..
Waiting waiting, been about 15 minutes, nobody running anything out… 20 minutes and he goes in, comes out empty handed and says he was told they’re just waiting on a couple things. Few minutes turns into 10 more before I go in. I was told that “she just brought that order out”. Ok, sure.. go out and check – no kids meal. Back in i go, see a random happy meal just sitting there. Just so happens its the one im waiting for. She hands it to me, no drink. I inform her this was ordered with a bottle of water so she goes back to find one. Finally have the whole order, 36-40 minutes AFTER ordering on the app. Ordering on the app is our preferred way, and never have we had such a problem doing so. It wasn’t entirely busy as it was still before dinner rush.
Won’t be popping into this one again. The last experience at this very location sucked too but definitely not like this. My bad for giving it another chance.

Came here to grab a quick bite to eat so we got in line at the drive thru. We sat at the speaker box for 5 minutes. We said hello many times making sure to be as polite as we could and no one ever answered. The other lane was placing orders and people were leaving our lane to go to the other. No one ever acknowledged us so we went and got food elsewhere. Not going to return to this McD again.
