Portion Sizes for the price are Ridiculous Nothing on time Biscuits and Gravy are one extremely flat and hard but you would think with gravy it wouldn’t be DRY but it was . Asked for more gravy by the time they brought it everything was cold hash-browns biscuit it’s advertised as Biscuits and gravy but either those were the 2 flattest biscuits ever or it was one broke in half so it should read Biscuit and gravy very misleading Pictures of the food. That triangle of ham was $3.49 and they wanted to charge me for 2 when it said 2-4 come with Biscuits and gravy

The food came out cold and tasted funny, the staff was rude, we asked for butter and another waitress loudly stated, “its not my table im not getting it”.
Our waitress had an attitude.

Everything was bad. Eggs over easy bad, tasteless. Bacon, sausage horrible. Hash browns…hard to tell what they really were. Pancakes hard and tasteless. Everything ice cold. Service was fine. Food in totality was a disaster. Nothing was salvageable. This was about 1 week ago in morning.

first off when we went inside of the building, it was completely empty. OK fine the waiter we couldn’t even understand a word he was saying, but that’s not even the worst part when the food came out the pancakes, waffle and and French toast we ordered was burnt we tried to pick our way through the food, but it was too nasty. We also asked The waiter multiple times for napkins. I had to end up getting up and grabbing the napkins myself. he also said he would bring out the powdered sugar for the French toast we ordered and he never did. He never asked if he wanted any refills or anything.so we asked them to take the waffle off and change it out for the chicken strip meal. The manager made a big deal and was being super rude about it and then when my mom asked for a discount for the horrible service and food that we didn’t even eat she caught an attitude and yelled out oh my God in the kitchen, as if we weren’t gonna hear her. This place has gone downhill a lot. It needs a lot of work and new employees. I’m very disappointed I used to love going to this IHOP

This place is the worse place ever in THE LITTLE ROCK AREA!! THE GM FIRES EMPLOYEES FOR GETTING PICKED ON AND FOR DEFENDING THEMSELVES. THE GM LET A SHORT LIGHTSKIN GIRL GO CAUSE THE THIS WHITE LADY I BELIEVE SHE WAS THE MANAGER THAT DAY GOT IN THE GIRL’S FACE. THEN TOLD HER TO COME OUTSIDE. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE COLD. THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS THAT LIGHT SKIN ASIAN GIRL HER NAME STARTS WITH AN A. SHE WAS VERY WARM AND LOVING AND TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE OTHERS SHOULD TAKE NOTES. AND AS FOR THAT MANGER THAT WOMAN NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED!!!!
