Recommended to me by a golfing partner so I decided to check it out. Parking was decent. Stopped in just as the supper rush was beginning. I was seated inside of 5 minutes so excellent there. I was waited on very quickly shortly after seating. Server was Ike who did a fantastic job. Could tell by the way he went about his job he had it together! Lots of menu choices. Food quality was very good even though there was a slight mix-up on the prep of my New York strip. Ordered blackened (Cajun style) but looked more blackened by the cooking rather than the seasoning. Inside was still just the way I prefer it so I stayed with it as was even though Ike tried to talk me into returning it for a better one. The pricing with all of the add-ons (beverage, appetizer, dessert, 30% tip) was on the upper end as most streak eateries are nowadays. Will look to return here next time in the Rapid City area.

Our experience here was amazing! This is THE MOST TENDER steak meat I’ve ever had… Cows in the area must have zero stress, I am so serious when I say try flo’s filet. My sister asked for the Steakhouse cheeseburger with american cheese and it had maybe a pound of ground beef in it. Their dragon fruit shaker cocktail is to die for. The caramel cheesecake was amazing… waiter was so attentive and quality control was great. Idk what more to say, just go eat here and experience it for yourself!

Very disappointed in our experience tonight. Our waiter was great however the franchise itself needs help. Ordered lemonade and milk for our kids-out of both. Extended wait times for food, entrees came first and then the sides came almost 10 minutes later. As someone who prefers meat prepared medium, I received a chop steak that was rare and inedible, my husbands asparagus might as well have not be warmed at all as it was like eating a piece of celery. When the manager came around and we showed him everything I just mentioned, he gave us 25% off. At the very least the chop steak and a portion of the other entree should have been refunded as they were so undercooked we could not even eat them. Very very disappointing

On a positive note , the food was good. Our server was friendly. I feel he did his best for the amount of tables he was given. The restaurant was so busy, we had multiple people bringing us food. On a not so positive note. We were brought our orders (steaks) three times incorrectly. It appeared the restaurant was not prepared for the weekend as their sides kept running out. It Would have been Different if staff would have informed guess upfront. Talking to others this is a common thing.

I really like eating here. The food is consistently very good and reasonably priced. Today I had the sirloin steak lunch salad with a side of asparagus. It was delicious although the asparagus cost $2.99 extra which I didn’t realize until I got the bill. It was cooked just right though and it was a generous portion. I had Lost Cabin So Dank IPA. It’s good they carry some local products. Very good lunch. It’s my usual when I’m at Rushmore Crossing during lunch time. The decor is also relaxing. It’s decorated with Western art.

We celebrated my niece getting her first car, on her own. There were six of us, the waiter was attentive, the food comes out in large portions. We had ordered the 6oz sirloin with shrimp. You get to choose two sides with that meal. I had mac&cheese and a baked potato. My mom ordered the same thing but with Brussels sprouts. To my surprise the Brussels sprouts are roasted and done just right. My friend and my mother loved this place. It was their first time eating there. We will continue to eat there!

We waited over an hour for our food. When we asked waitress about how much longer on our food, she said “oh, it’s been waiting back there for a little bit. Sorry”. The food was super dry and didn’t taste good. We were so disappointed. The atmosphere is nice, but I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

We recently vacationed in the Rapid City SD area. One of our great discoveries was the LongHorn Steakhouse. It started with a wonderful greeting from Gabby, as we entered the restaurant. She was friendly and engaging and got the experience started in the right direction.
We were equally impressed by our server, Aliyah. She was extremely friendly, listened to what we were looking for and answered all our questions.
The meal was great. It started with a wonderful loaf of, warm, bread followed by a side salad that was a meal in of itself! The steaks were cooked to perfection and tasted great. And the pricing was exceptionally good…I actually had to take a double look at the check!
We enjoyed the experience so much that we went back two nights later and had an equally great experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!
