I literally can’t begin at what made me more upset with this particular establishment, my boyfriend and I waiting over 30 minutes, someone taking our order, or the remake order wasn’t what we originally ordered. It took going back to the counter after waiting nearly 30 minutes and telling the attendant that we didn’t receive our order nor heard our order number when if it was called. Then when they took my receipt and were looking for our order, they said that someone probably took it and we will remake the order. Now the wait begins again, this time I’m actually watching the counter this time, but when I walked up there, it wasn’t even what I ordered, which is surprising since they had it up on the screen but chose not to read the complete order before making it all. At that point, I just grabbed the ice cream and my boyfriend and went back to the car because it wasn’t even worth the fight to getting our money back (which I was in the mind to do), and went to Sonic to get an Oreo shake since they got the brownie shake correct but not the Oreo shake. As someone who has worked in a food establishment before, I get making mistakes but making them twice is unacceptable in my eyes. Instead of socializing, make sure all work is done before sipping on your own shakes and socializing with coworkers.

i had a wonderful time there! my California burger was wonderful and the root beer there tastes better than normal, the fries are so crispy and thin, delicious! i love the landscaping as well, with good choices of Norwegian Maple trees as well as Honey Locusts and Mulberry Trees, i also met with some kind LDS missionaries there 🙂

I work near the restaurant and love their food so I’ve had numerous interactions here. The staff, management are past rude.i seriously don’t know how they still have a job. Im sure the location does well financially from the Freddy’s name and the busy area. But I can’t wrap my head around how bad I’ve been treated at this location. I once ordered one single burger, waited 20 mins on my lunch break. The burger was terrible in presentation and incorrect. I couldn’t return as time was limited. I left the info on a survey from the receipt. I received a credit for the burger. Went back days later and redeemed the coupon. It took forever, the staff was extremely rude like I had done something wrong. And lastly, even that comped burger was wrong . Just sad, Im forced to spend elsewhere.

I am not sure how or why a restaurant advertises that they close at 10:00pm when in fact they close at 9:39pm if not earlier. Clearly guests were still inside eating. The employees all looked at us and then tried hiding in the kitchen. So we left and headed to Five Guys where they actually honor their stated hours.

This place used to be so good and clean with friendly workers. Now it is so disgusting inside that we couldn’t even finish out food. The workers are also not friendly.

Ridiculous overpriced broken rectangular cheese and a ripped bun was not only smashed but given to us with a smile at the drive-thru … bottom bun was soggy even going through …the drive thru. only waiting less than 8 minutes.
How’s it possible to get crusty over cooked/damaged food in less than 10 minutes.

Really love that every year they do a military free meal voucher for Veteran’s Day. Always super friendly to me, pretty good quick service, food always hot. Obviously it’s diner style so none of it is remotely healthy for you, super greasy but good. It’s a bit pricy for me to eat there regularly so that’s the one time when I’ll go usually.

Fries are nasty. I ate a few and threw them away. Hard and cold. The burger was good but u guys need to start cooking the fries to order as well. They are so thin im sure they would get done before the burger.

This place needs to be inspected by the health department. Received undercooked chicken. Burger was drowning in aioli to the point it was gross. Cold fries. Concretes entirely melted. And they forgot the cheese sauce and scoffed at my boyfriend for asking for what he paid for.

I visited to use meal given on Veterans Day. I think it was a great gesture by Freddy’s, especially having full access to entire menu. I will frequent the establishment more because of their generosity towards us Veterans.
