We loved our visit to Hash Kitchen! The Power Bowl & Avocado toast trio was our most favorite—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My MIL wanted to bring us here while we are in town visiting her from Seattle. We got there around 11am and had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table. They seated us on the patio as we requested. The patio had heaters above us as she got cold even though it was a nice 74 degree day.
We ordered our drinks and food and it didn’t seems like it took too long for it to come out.
She got the Banana French toast and hubby and I got the Carnita hash. Everything looked and tasted good.
Next time I may order the banana French toast as it looked amazing.

This was a super cool place for breakfast. The bloody mary bar was fire. So many good toppings to choose from. All the food was great. The doughnut appetizer was worth it. It will give you a sugar rush for sure buy delicious. Forgot the pictures before eating.

We ordered breakfast. I thought that it was weird that toast didn’t come with the scrambled eggs or omelets. The potatoes were called “smashed potatoes” which were tiny little potatoes, cooked with the skins on and then smashed down, as if to flatten. They had a lot of different beverages to choose from, some with alcohol and some without alcohol.
It seemed like a lot of the customers were there celebrating different events. People walking in and out with small gifts.. I also noticed working associates having lunch there. The customers seemed to be from all walks of life.
The bathroom seemed clean, but the pattern of the floor tile wasn’t appealing. It appeared dusty with bits of toilet paper scattered throughout, but it was just the tile.
I would go there again to try there lunch items.

The chicken and waffles here is to die for! I have had so many dishes from this upbeat little brunch spot, And the chicken and waffles is hands-down, the best. The service is amazing, The cappuccino is the perfect mix and ratio of milk and espresso. Every time I come to this restaurant I have enjoyed the service and the friendly staff.

Hash kitchen is a premium breakfast experience. It’s a bit more expensive, true. Id argue that the quality of the dishes and the complexity and variety therein justify it to my satisfaction. The decor is modern and lively and the occasional presence of a DJ set it apart from other breakfast options too.
The only real negative about this place is it’s popularity. Parking can be difficult to come by and a wait for seating will be inevitable around noon on the weekends.

I’ve visited Hash Kitchen several times for girls’ events, birthdays, and just-for-fun outings. It’s especially great on weekends because they have a live DJ, which adds to the fun vibe. Everyone enjoys the alcoholic beverages — the menu is impressive.
Most recently, I took a friend’s daughter there for her birthday, and they had this adorable roller skate-themed adult drink for her. They even brought out mini pancakes with a candle to celebrate, which I thought was such a sweet touch.
You have to try the Billionaire Bacon — seriously, don’t miss it. The food overall doesn’t disappoint, and the service is always top-notch.
This is one of our go-to spots for a reason — I highly recommend it for a fun, flavorful, and lively experience.

The beginning of our journey here was supposed to be 10 min wait per the host but ended up being about 35. They sat a group that came in after us first. Up until we got seated the service was underwhelming. I ordered the birria hash, over all not bad the eggs were almost cooked as ordered a little over cooked. The potatos were good id este then a 6/10. The potato hard shell tacos were kinda mid compared to home made. The birria was ok at least it tasted like birria falls a little short of traditional id say its a 6.5/10. Overall decent experience it is on the higher price i believe for the food quality does seem that youre paying more for the atmosphere. Live dj and a bar. You have to speak up to speak within your table.

Atmosphere amazing, loved the music! We sat outside on the patio area ( kinda like Law and Order lunch vibe) our servers were amazing but Mark D takes the cake with friendliness and suggestions! My man spoiled me with a variety of things to share, but the Banana Split Brioche French Toast complete with a waffle cone was the absolute best, which is hard to say because everything was delicious and beautiful! Prices for this wonderful spread were outstanding, so you can do a family thing or keep it cute, definitely check it out!! 5/25/25 Yup we went back, and are absolutely hooked!
