I unfortunately received a gift card for this restaurant. We waited 15 minutes, after the time we started counting, for one of our drinks, a coke. The root beer float took about 30 mins. 40 percent of the restaurant had cleared out at that point and the servers and cooks were just chilling in the kitchen area, but they were still pretending to be busy. We had to bother them for water, recieved one glass, some of the servers acted like we were asking them for their first born son. I got crisp scraps for fries, they put two tomatos on my burger when i asked for none, and also the machine acted like the games were free, said nothing about payment, yet it charged us $3 to play. They sat us directly next to a large family with young children when there was plenty of seating, I didnt ask to be sat somewhere else because i figured that would make things easy for them, wrong. If i get anymore gift cards for red Robin, I will donate them. I had to give my partner my straw from my soda and we had to use a fork for the root beer float. Paid extra for guac on burger, they thinly spread a small amount and called it good, see photos for reference. Waited forever for refills. All in all, this restaurant sucks. $30 gift card should have been donated to someone who was desperate, the remaining $30 we spent was absolutely wasted.

The service was great and the staff kept checking in on us. We were seated fairly quickly when my family and I arrived around 6 pm on a Friday, which was nice since it can be a busy time. The food also came out pretty fast.
That said, the food itself felt a bit bland. The fries on my plate were a little soggy, my margarita tasted very watered down, and my wife’s burger was just okay. Overall, the service is really what made the experience better.

I sat in the bar area at Red Robin, and let’s just say the service moved at the speed of ketchup dripping out of a glass bottle. My order took forever, and during all that time, not once did I get a refill—guess bottomless doesn’t apply to drinks here.
I asked for no onions on my burger, but instead got the deluxe onion package: onions and onion straws. Impressive… if I had actually wanted them.
The place wasn’t even busy, but the service felt borderline nonexistent. At some point, you stop wondering where your server went and start wondering if you’re on a hidden camera show.
Red Robin—step up your game or step out of the food industry.

We waited 10 mins to get seated then another 15 minutes of servers walking by our table before the bartender noticed we hadn’t been helped yet. Jeff (the bartender) continued to serve us while managing a full bar and provided top tier service!! He was extremely attentive, quick & very apologetic for the wait. If visiting this location & over 21, just head straight to the bar seating to save yourself the headache of being ignored by servers. Jeff will treat you well!

Food was great, as was our server. Went to this location on a Friday with a LARGE group (20+) of people. So we kinda knew what we were getting into :/, but it took over an HOUR for a table. We tried to call ahead, but they do not offer this service. Just a note of caution, but other than that an enjoyable experience celebrating our friend’s birthday :).

We came in for dinner with our toddler this evening and the food was great. Our server Jen was ontop of everything and brought out our toddlers food early so he could start eating. Every time we come to this location the food and service are always good. 10/10

Stopped in for dinner. Not a busy night at all. Waitress is Amber, who is pleasant seems like a nice person. However her service level is less than zero. I’ve watched tables around me not served by her. get beverages, place orders, get appetizers, get meals. Heck even another table Amber is taking care of them. But my simple 2 top she seems to have fully forgotten. She promised the bottomless fries would be right out, after we ordered. But 10 minutes later nothing. She has over promised and under delivered. If it was busy I’d understand. However for a Red Robin it’s dead.
If Amber is your Waitress, don’t bother ordering just get up and leave.

The French Fries where stale. The chips to my shrimp basket where not edible. The burgers soggy. The only saving grace was the waitress at the bar. Don’t remember her name but she made a clear effort to make me feel at home. She got a 5$ tip.

The waitress was so nice. The food is good. It’s a great place to take your family. If you are looking for a bite to eat after work… The bar is also a nice place to sit and relax.
This place is a nice restaurant, but needs to be updated. The restroom was old and crumbling. Lots of red soft cushion chairs looked like someone sliced them with knives. I sure wouldn’t want to sit on them wearing shorts or a skirt. The cement floor was in need of repairs due to long cracks.
All in all, I really do like this restaurant. It’s just old and needs some TLC.
