I really want to express how wonderful our server was. We took our daughter here for her birthday lunch and had an amazing experience. Our server, Ainsley, was incredibly kind and attentive, helping us with everything we needed during our visit. She even sang “Happy Birthday” to our daughter with other staff members, which truly made her day extra special. I also want to thank this location for its clean environment, welcoming staff, and great-tasting food. I highly recommend coming here!

Today was perfect!
Pasta was NOT over done. Chicken was moist! Eggplant was NOT soggy. Coffee was hot and fresh. Salad was fresh for the first time in my olive garden visits. Service was excellent. No complaints here for the first time. Must be under new management or something here since I’ve been coming here for years.

The manager, I believe that’s who she was, was AMAZING!!!! The lady didn’t miss a beat!! Our server certainly pick led it up as well, Brooklyn. All in all I would absolutely recommend this location. They accommodated our large party well.
Additionally, we had so many people and they did not add gratuity to the checks. I tip well, and was surprised not to see it, needless to say I tipped well above the 22%. I understand the practice of adding gratuity to large parties, it’s just something about establishments not adding it automatically.

Makayla is an exceptional server. She neither hovered over our table nor disappeared. As soon as I drank the last swallow of my tea a new glass appeared. It is a rare talent to know exactly how much attention is necessary and Makayla has mastered the talent. Thank you Makayla, being served by you was a great pleasure. The food, as always, was wonderful. The service was exceptional.

They are getting very stingy with there soup orders. My soup looked like someone ate half of it! And this was not the only bowl of soup we got. The other one was same way. . Why are y’all not filling the bowls up ? These should have been half price. We dined in and got to go orders . If this is the new bowl size you should cut the price in half!

The place was busy but there wasn’t a wait.
The waiter did his job well and was personable. To get better tips, being friendly and relating is the way to go. Unfortunately, in this case, my wife and daughter said he made them uncomfortable due to his flirtatious manor with them. I’ll defend flirting for tips but he was a bit extra.

The food here was pretty good. The atmosphere is amazing. Not too loud and well lit. Unfortunately our waitress was absolutely terrible! She never refilled drinks or our soups unless we asked her. She told us that she was going to get us more breadsticks and then forgot. When we asked for more she never apologized for forgetting. She just seemed like we were inconveniencing her. This was a bad experience for my family and I.

Extremely disappointing experience. My mom and I were seated and then completely ignored for over 30 minutes. My mom wears a hijab, and we couldn’t help but notice that other tables were helped while we were repeatedly passed over.
We asked multiple waitresses for assistance, and each one said the exact same thing: “Let me get your waitress” — yet no one ever came back. This happened over and over.
At some point it no longer felt like a mistake or bad service, but intentional neglect. Regardless of the reason, no guest should ever be treated this way.
Very unprofessional service and a situation that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We will not be returning.

The food was great, the service was spectacular, and the atmosphere amazing. Pamela was our server, and she was phenomenal… The manager, and the entire team were fantastic. Thank you!
