We planned a vacation to FWB and I looked up restaurants before we arrived. After arriving and realizing how many restaurants there actually were we were going to change our minds but I’m so so glad we did not. All of the food from appetizers to dessert was insanely good. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The mixed drinks were refreshing and the atmosphere and views were absolutely stunning. There was even live music to enjoy while dining. Our waitress Cursetyn ( we discussed the spelling but I had a few drinks lol) was absolutely delightful. She was very knowledgeable about the food and after telling her about our recent engagement she was just as excited as we were! She was a breath of fresh air and made our dining experience even more enjoyable . We will definitely be back.

Great place me and my husband wanted a place for some oysters found this gem!! Oysters were on the big side but tasty like right out the ocean !! Also the firecracker shrimp was delicious and the drinks .. server was so nice definitely a try

Absolutely amazing red beans and rice with andouille sausage! Just enough zing and perfect serving size for 2 meals. Staff was attentive! And right on the water view dining was beautiful!

We went here for dinner and drinks and atmosphere was just perfect. There was a band playing and we sat outside and watched the beautiful sunset. Cody was our server and he was amazing! We had the stuffed flounder and shrimp spring rolls. All the food was really good. We will definitely be back when we are in this area again.

There’s plenty of cool vintage items to gaze while you graze.
Food did take a while to arrive, but it was fresh & flavorful. Location is kid friendly & near the water for a great view. We were able to see thunder & lightning off in the distance.

We are locals giving 5 stars!! Tonight, we visited with my Father In Law (90) and pup, Sadie. We had previously scoped it out without Sadie and asked questions about dogs. The previous time, the waitress said dogs were allowed anywhere on the patio. Well, here we come tonight with Sadie and my Father In Law in a wheel cheer. The hostess took us to the patio and the only covered tables were high tops, which she not only acknowledged the chance of rain and a wheel chair wouldn’t work at a high top. Without hesitation, she found a solution, and we are SO appreciative!! You don’t know how much that meant to us!!! My Father in Law lives in assisted living with his pup, Sadie. For him and her to get out on the town and be treated with such respect means the world to them! Thank you so much for making our first outing with Sadie and success!!

Love the location for the view. My boyfriend recommended the Firecracker Shrimp Tacos and they exceeded my expectations. The breading on the shrimp stayed crunchy and the flavors in the taco were great! I deducted a star only because there is a strong musty odor at the bar outside where we sat. Hopefully that’s a seasonal thing with the overcast weather.

This wonderful place located rigt on the water has amazing views, good food and carries that AJs spirit. They had free pictures with Santa, really respecting their local community and providing back to the community, just like their donations only Thanksgiving. Their crab dip is pretty good, fish tacos are good but their biscuits and gravy are delicious. Their mixed drinks are pretty good and they have a solid drink selection. I will be back.

Horrible experience! Waited over an hour for our food. We called to make sure no wait and arrived less than 10 minutes later. Prime rib wasn’t fit to serve to a vulture. Was cold and tough. Asked for the manager. She offered to reduce the price by $4.25. How she can sleep at night charging someone for this is beyond me. Finally after complaining for another 15 minutes, the waitress took the prime rib off. Shouldn’t have been this difficult. We wasted almost 2 hours.
Worst experience and worst food of our Fort Walton trip.
