Today I went to a different Chick fil A location and ordered a Cobb salad. They barely put any chicken and it did not look cooked well. It was not crispy at all. I mentioned that the Uvalde location always gives a good amount and great quality, and I even showed them a photo. Honestly, this made me realize how consistently good Chick fil A Uvalde has been to me. They definitely set the bar high for other locations.

As always incredibly fast service, the fastest service of any fast food place anywhere plenty of parking and both are order. Taker and server were incredibly engaging and friendly. I don’t know how this company continues to blow away all other fast food joints in every category.

Came to dine in yesterday and they were so far the best Chick-fil-A i ever ate inside. Staff was super sweet and attentive, constantly checked to make sure we were fine and did refills and took our trash for us. Will be coming back again! Shoutout to the managers here for training sweet staff, I loved the environment!

When the manager, Ryan, looked at the store schedule for the week, he must have been excited about the Monday crew, saying, “Awesome! The A team is on!” And this crew is the A team. We walked in to a cheerful chorus of “welcome in!” from everyone in the place. Not since Norm at Cheers has anyone been so exuberantly greeted. My wife got the Chick-fil-A classic with cheese and a peppermint shake. I got the Cobb salad with nuggets atop and a cup of Chicken Tortilla soup. We had our order the moment after we paid for it. The staff was busily cleaning and completely engaged the entire time. The dining room was spotless, but that didn’t keep people from finding something to wipe down. Smiles everywhere you looked, even Scrooge couldn’t find anything to complain about here. Google doesn’t have enough stars for this place.

Ordered a salad in the drive thru, was told to pull up and wait for them to bring it to my car. Waited about 10-15 minutes no one ever came to my car, so I went inside they had to re ring in my order and I had to wait again. Finally got my salad and I noticed there were no extra egg on my salad which I payed for ! Talked a lady manager in a white shirt and she argued that, that in fact was extra egg and I would have to pay for more but she was incorrect. Plus I feel I should have gotten some type of compensation for my order because of my wait time! It would have taken even longer had I not went in to get it, but that manager didn’t care about my wait, my order being incorrect, or me being a satisfied customer!

Not coming here again, they always make mistakes on your order might as well go elsewhere. When I got home I was expecting to have a nice lunch. However due to there mistakes I wasn’t able to do so. They clearly got my order wrong, and they even forgot my Mac and cheese. Keep in mind this is not the first time!

After I called, to inform them what happened they really wanted me to drive back there to show proof of their mistakes. Since, I didn’t want to make the 20 min drive all they were willing to do was give me a dessert for my next visit. Which I don’t think it’s fair, since I spent 50 bucks.

It’s as if they don’t trust their customers, so might as well post pictures as proof here so they know I wasn’t lying.

It doesn’t matter how many cars are in front of you at Chick-Fil-A… the time it takes for you to pull into the (usually very long) line until the time you pay and get your food it is usually no time flat! They truly have mastered the art of getting people in and out of there quickly AND the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious.
I don’t know where they get these employees from, but they are salt of the Earth… cream of the crop. Most are so young, yet so polite and friendly.
And y’all!!! I don’t know exactly how they make their food, but I’m almost certain they sprinkle something on it that makes you want to keep coming back for more. I have no proof of this, so I can’t be sure… But the sandwich and the french fries are always amazing. Oh! And the sweet tea!!! Oh my goodness!
Obviously I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A.

Visited Chick fil A on I 10 between Uvalde and Freeport. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo w/fries and a lemonade, a Four Piece Chicken Strip Meal w/fries and a lemonade easy ice, and a Market Salad w/Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing. Total was $36.08. Drove 2.5 miles home. Opened the bag to distribute the food….Chicken Sandwich box smashed with some kind of sauce on the outside of the box, fries hard, cold, and some much browner and crunchier than usual, and the Chicken strips were not the Chick fil A quality strips I normally receive. They were small, cold, and frail…not at all how Chick FIL A serves them. I called the location and spoke with (Ilene/Eileen). She asked if I had the receipt, I explained there was no receipt in the bag nor given to us. She asked if we had any other food, I replied…a Market Salad. She said ok, the food will be replaced after I bring the food back. Normally, a manager will give you his/her name and advise you because of the inconvenience and poor service, your food will be replaced when you return to the store at your convenience. When a customer comes to your establishment and pays any amount of money for food and receives less than quality food, a restaurant that wants to keep customers would apologize for the inconvenience and offer to replace their order at a time convenient for them and certainly not ask them to bring the food back. After COVID, Restaurants, Retail Stores, and Grocery Stores advise they do not want the items back….and they certainly do not ask the customer who has already paid for their food and fuel to come back and bring the food. I do realize some people pull shenanigans and try to get food replaced for free by making up things. I am not a person who complains about food or service, I ask for my money back and do not go to the place of business ever again. Come to think of it, this is the one fast food establishment/restaurant I have spoken highly about before and after COVID-19 became the norm. It is unfortunate that this location has changed my perception of Chick-fil-A. I felt obligated to give a review to advise of the poor service I received. I pray the managers and owners read and hear my concerns. The quality of service (friendliness,
being polite and courteous, respectfulness, quality food, and a great atmosphere) keeps your customers returning to your establishment.

Came here with a mobile order they tried to make me pay for it when it was already paid for on the mobile app and after that tried to kick me out the line without any food and I had to get out my car and show proof that I order my food online in order to get my food and a half ahh apology trouble chic fil la don’t recommend coming here. I’ve been to other chics and when they make a mistake they always offer something for the inconvenience but I was offered nothing. Don’t come here
