Every time I come to this location I use the drive through but it’s painfully slow no matter what time of day it is. Today I came inside instead. Didn’t make a difference. Two younger people were hustling but they were assigned cleaning duties. The remaining people handling orders were as slow as molasses in winter. There were several people waiting and the one taking orders, an older woman, was mulling around and chatting with another worker instead of waiting on customers. I made my request to get her attention and that apparently was a mistake because from that point on, I received slow service and when I got my food, it was littered with debris from the preparation counter as if they cleaned the counter by scooping up the debris with the burger box. I had to clean up each burger before I could eat it. Very unappealing. Eating area was messy and unclean. Won’t be back.

How This past Valentine’s Day offered a delightful dining experience. The atmosphere was truly special and perfectly complemented the festive occasion. It was a pleasure to share such a memorable meal in such a lovely setting. The service was attentive and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Friendly service, but not spectacularly fast due to them needing to make more fries. Place is definitely older so if you like the vibe of the older White Castle restaurants then you’ll like this one. Only complaint is that the food made my gut a bit talkative for a day after which is unusual for a junk food addict like myself. The pictured meal was over $30 which seems a bit steep.

What happened to White Castle? This has to be a joke. Two cars in drive thru, I’m one of them, and took 30 minutes to get food and leave. I ordered 6 burgers and that’s it. AI assistant didn’t work at all and team members are slow to answer. This is a constant battle that should not happen or at least improve over time. I think this will be the last visit. What a joke.

This has to be the worst White Castle in the city of Louisville. Only three cars and we’ve waited 30 minutes before pulling off. Worst service ever. Would not recommend.

1921 burger was a nice size and fresh but the burger was undone in the middle it was raw, im pretty sure WC isn’t use to cooking thick burgers, I would’ve drove back but I was on lunch and for a $1.99 I didn’t wanna seem like I wanted free food or anything but I think I will call them to let them know, WC on Outer loop and Preston in Louisville, KY

This has consistently been the best location I’ve eaten ate. Very fast. No missing items. White castle is white castle. It’s not some “top notch” place But it IS top notch for particular instances or times of day… the location on Westport by my old house never had onion rings or cheese Stix after hours which was always a huge bummer & the time you wait was outrageous. So, I was pleased and reminded how good white castle can be overall after my trip tonight a the outerloop location.
