I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with waffle fries, and a drink. I did not care for the grilled chicken at all. The lettuce was definitely not fresh and the grilled chicken just did not taste good. I could honestly say the grilled chicken wrap at Wendy’s is better.

However, a few months later, I just ordered this again.
Unfortunately, it was the same problem. The grilled chicken wrap was not good. Lettuce was not fresh and the grilled chicken doesn’t taste good. I would expect more from Chick-fil-A.
Very disappointed with the grilled chicken wrap.

Bought lunch for 5 people here like we have many times. Discovered my child was eating a MOLDY FRUIT CUP!!!!!!!! See photo. Also smells bad. My child is young so we only discovered the mold after she ate 2/3 of it since young children don’t know to look for mold. Poison control says eating mold could be a problem due to mycotoxins. NOT HAPPY (understatement). Will NEVER return. Called the restaurant and received an apathetic response. Upon calling, a restaurant employee took our phone number and we have not heard back after one day. What else could they be neglecting?

I placed an order for 40 sandwiches and 40 fries in the morning for lunch. The employee I spoke with on the phone was kind and patient, and very helpful. I opted to pick up, it was around 11:30 AM and it was very busy. All the employees were professional, kind and attentive to all the customers. I came back around 4 o’clock that afternoon for 20 more sandwiches and 20 more small fries and my experience was exactly the same. Everyone was very busy but acknowledged every customer quickly. In a time when it seems, it’s hard to get good customer service my experience here pleasantly surprised me. My company was celebrating, the food was delicious and my experience will bring us back. We went through the drive-through around 8:15 this evening. It wasn’t very busy, so I was surprised by how many issues we had with our order.
We ordered two 4-count chicken strip meals. One of those meals was supposed to include a side salad with bacon, egg, and honey mustard. We also ordered a Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch.

When we received our order, we immediately realized both orders of chicken strips were missing. My husband had to go inside to let them know and have that corrected. Once we got home and started eating, we found that my side salad was incorrect. It had no bacon and no boiled egg which I had paid extra for. Neither salad had any dressing included. On top of that, the fries were unsalted, soggy, and not fresh.

Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the missing items and the overall quality of the food tonight. This isn’t the level of accuracy or quality we usually expect.

I would give zero stars if possible. I have worked in the food industry most my life and was very respectful when ordering. They not only spit in my iced tea but they put a fingernail in it. Please do not eat at this location. I complained to the manager and GM. They weren’t very concerned but said they would look into it if I made a complaint online. I am pursuing further action. This is not acceptable.

I ordered food, sat down and sent a text, and my food was brought to me. That’s more than fast. Well done. I live in Cheyenne, and the drive through is a 30-40 minute adventure, sometimes. The speed of this location was more than I hoped for. Again, well done.

I witnessed the manager kindly interacting with his staff. I was treated with the same kindness. The staff were all busy cleaning, delivering food, or working behind the counter. No one was standing around without a purpose, and the atmosphere remained pleasant in spite of how busy it was mid day on a Monday.

I’d recommend this location as a gold standard for Chick-fil-a restaurants.

Update June 2023: Drive thru wait times are often excessive. I go elsewhere if the drive-thru line looks long. However, the line length can be deceptive. Today it was very short and still took 13 minutes to get through for a chicken biscuit. This was probably my last visit.

The cauliflower sandwich is tasty, but not $7.19 tasty. It’s a bit smaller and certainly less satisfying than chicken. Once and done.

I have celiac disease, so this is usually one of the few places I can rely on for a safe meal. In theory, if you order the correct items, everything should be gluten-free without needing to disclose an allergy every time. Unfortunately, they get my order wrong about 75% of the time.

In the past month and a half alone, I’ve been given breaded chicken or a burrito on three separate occasions, despite clearly ordering grilled nuggets or a sausage breakfast bowl. There’s nothing more frustrating than spending 20 minutes and $10 only to end up with a meal I *can’t* eat.

To make matters worse, fixing the issue requires calling or signing in online multiple times just to report the mistake, only to be offered a minimal replacement that I then have to pre-order through the app or online.

For those of us with celiac disease, the number of safe dining options is already extremely limited. It feels like a real blow when one of the few places we *can* eat consistently fails to prepare the correct order.

They did reach out after this THIRD time and had refunded the cost of my meal which is a first for me. but its still very frustrating.

Super fast! Chick-fil-A for pickup order! Decently busy at the time and still a 3 minute wait on food.

They don’t have curbside. When you order, it’s under your first name, not your last name.

Otherwise a typical Chick-fil-A! Yum!
