First off we had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come check us in up front then when we got our food it was not right, my daughter asked for bacon and got sausage, I asked for grits and got hashbrowns, the beef tips were over cooked and they brought hot syrup in a paper cup. They did correct our order and bring what we wanted but it was too late because the first impression was a bad one!

I visited this IHOP three times with friends on Thanksgiving Day (2022, 2024 and 2025), and one other time by myself in May 2023. In each visit, I ordered the same thing: quick 2-egg breakfast, with eggs scrambled, 2 sausage links and wheat toast. I had a different server every time and have not been disappointed. Food and service was consistently good. Price was reasonable. This IHOP is suitable for solo or group party. Parking (free) was plentiful when I was there (between 8am to 11am). I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal – especially the quick 2-egg breakfast – at a reasonable price.

This VERY SMALL location is a madhouse. Servers are rude and wait time is 30min to an hour. We left after 25 minutes of servers walking past us. Difficult parking and expensive food prices.

Place has horrible customer service, me husband, son and I went here to eat after Church. Was busy which was understandable. A guy told us he’d take our order, just give him a second. 20 minutes later a female employee came up and said I’ll take y’all order. Fast forward to next Sunday. I said okay let’s go there because it’s closer to our church so I said it can’t be that bad twice in a row. We entered a lady asked the worker to clean a table for us he said something to her and they both laughed. So she got our menus and told us to follow her. The table wasn’t clean so she cleaned it off and asked the same guy can he dry the table off, he said I don’t dry tables and laughed. Our table was wet we started fanning it with our menus. We take our silverware out and it’s dirty. I’m done with this place. They need better workers. Very bad customer service. Seems like no one wants to work

The first time that we went to this location was a couple weeks ago in the night and the lady that was in there told us that they only have to pick it up,not to eat in there,so we move to the Texas road house,then when we left to Texas road house we saw people eating inside of IHOP so we just leave it there,then today we went again cuz my husbands want some food from there and guess what,the same lady seat us and she ask us what we want to drink,we just ask for a coffee and a orange juice for my baby, then she come back to order the food,we order,then we was waiting our food,when I start to see that the other people was getting there food, By this time, about an hour had already passed,then she ask us if we have order jet pretending to be forgotten and surprised, and she said she hadn’t sent our order, that she was sorry, that she had forgotten, and she went to send our order, and I got up with my family and told her to leave it at that, and I left with my family. If I could, I wouldn’t leave even one star because of the bad service. And of course I do not return to this place ever.

I took my family to eat breakfast here. The wait time was over 30 min. When we were done I ask the waitress for the check. Then, I gave her my card to pay. After a min this other person came to our table asking our waitress if this was the table. My family and I were very confuse to what was going on. Then we under stood that that person wanted to argue with us on why we didn’t tip. We were so embarrassed. becuase she said it so loud. I kindly told her that we had not tip because we still didn’t have our receipt to sign and tip. One of the waitress did opologize and brought our receipt.Then, I gave them a tip. To be honest I tip on service and we always tip 18 to 20 percent. But thses person deserve no tip at all.

Haven’t been to this location in a very long time maybe about 5-6 years , I brought all of my children here the weekend my 3 year old son was very excited to get to try their pancakes. We walked in and stood at the register so an hour while we watched ONE WAITRESS wait on everyone in the facility, I finally went over to ask her is there anyone here that can seat us ? She replied she was the only one working and that she was doing everything by herself. That is horrible ! This ihop looked dirty , dark , and was severely under staffed and unprofessional! We were so disappointed! Maybe it just needs to
close down. A better staffed more professional management restaurant would suite the area way better !

Took my daughter here as she had never been to an IHOP. The waitress was very kind and attentive to her and needs. She had the kid’s meal and it had chocolate so you know she was happy. I had the breakfast tacos. Very good, just needed seasoning on my eggs. Overall, I would come back here again if I was in the area.

This was my 2nd time visiting that location. The food is delicious and rich! The Servers are nice and friendly and they have 2 great discount meals! My only complaint is the size of the ham, its the size of 2 bites and not a slice.

It took awhile before someone came to seat us. There were 3 different parties waiting to be seated and employees either just walked by or looked at us from across the restaurant. Mine you, the place was almost empty yet there were several employees there.
After that though, the server was attentive and the food was good. But the first impression was horrible.
