October 3rd. Hadn’t been to Culver’s in a long time and I hadn’t had their ice cream in a long time. I got a single hamburger, fries and a drink it was $9.92. I decided to get the flavor of the day and I was very disappointed. It didn’t look anything like the picture. There was so much hard chocolate on top that you couldn’t even taste the caramel. I don’t see anywhere in the picture that shows that it’s top with hard chocolate.

Culver’s ButterBurgers are always cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and fresh. The crinkle-cut fries are crispy and delicious, and don’t even get me started on the frozen custard—it’s creamy, rich, and the perfect sweet treat to end the meal. I think they have the best turtle sundae around!!

Food was delicious. I really enjoyed the walleye sandwich, light and flaky with buttery and soft bread. The coleslaw was great, creamy and slightly sweet, and the cheese curds were nicely seasoned. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The place was clean. Food wait was quick.

I walked into Culver’s (Mason) to place an order. I attempted to order an Atlantic Cod Sandwich, and I asked for it to be prepared without relish. It was an older woman taking the order and she immediately had an “attitude.” She responded by stating that the sandwich does have relish. I stated that menu shows it. Her “attitude” continued in our interaction. I walked out at that point. I have a couple of additional points to make. First, the sandwich isn’t that good to have to put up with an “attitude” from a service person. Secondly, it’s a good example of how the service sector has lost its way. I will never return.

Yesterday, February 13, this Culver’s was a big mistake to go to. The drive thru had a major backup in the line delaying everyone because the staff was afraid to tell the very rude man in the front, first car in line to move up outside so we could pullout and leave. The man in front of me also left 6 ft of space so we couldn’t move out for the 3-4 cars that already had their food. Yr staff refused to ask them to move. What an absolute mess at 1:40 pm in the afternoon.
Also the fish fillet was only 1/2 size of the bun and tasted bad. I ordered pretzel bites and they were all burned with black crusted pieces on them.
I will not return. You need better management and staff that can do their jobs. It took 25 minutes to get my order and get out of line to drive home! And, burned food…

Food tasted great but 2 of the three items I ordered were incorrect. One item was a pleasant surprise…I now know they have great onion rings! The other item was a total let down. Still love their burgers, curds, and now…onion rings!

I had the mushroom and Swiss and when it arrived I was underwhelmed. When I tasted it, I realized you should not judge a burger by its bun’s appearance as I loved the flavors and it was hot! So darn good and my 9 year old agreed. She did say that her kids bacon cheeseburger was better.
My husband got their vegetarian burger and said it was good but he prefers the impossible burger. The fries were hot and good. His coffee was horrible. We were there around 2 so it was likely a pot that sat too long. Anyway, we had to stop at Starbucks as he couldn’t take another cup of Culver’s coffee.
I grew up in Wisconsin and when i was a kid my dad ran for senate… at the fair we ran a cheese curd stand to promote him and my love of curds began. When I realized there was a Culver’s in the area I was thrilled because of the cheese curds. Today they came barely warm… which was very disappointing.. i didn’t really mark off any star for this because I didn’t give them a chance to fix it and likely they would have just replaced them . I was full and didn’t want to have that interaction.
