Had pancakes and crepes. All good. Smoked sausage was good, bacon not crispy enoungh for me. Mint chocolate shake was very good. Server was good, but busy and a little slow.

I’m leaving this review for my server Eboni (1/29/26 @ 9AM). She went above and beyond for my entire service. She made sure I felt welcomed and that I had everything I needed to enjoy such a good meal. I had coffee and my table and the store was out of splenda and she went and got it from other tables just so I could enjoy my coffee. Thanks so much Eboni. If I could give 0 stars I would! Come to IHOP all the time I’m picking up a DoorDash order. You’re always sitting here for over 30 minutes for one order. They are slow. It is absolutely insane. Ridiculous. There’s no reason it should take any restaurant over 30 minutes for one DoorDash order. When you ask why they say they’re waiting on this or that. It’s ridiculous

Service was terrible. We saw our waitress once and she didn’t even speak to us, she came stood at the table and waited for us to speak and walked away distracted more than 5 times. We also waited forever for our check.

Our party of three got there around 10:30. We were seated less than 5 minutes. Placed our orders and everything came correctly and tasted great. I see quantities are a little bit smaller but that’s everything nowadays. Keke, our server was outstanding. Her attitude and work ethic was a perfect 10.

The most terrible experience of service and hospitality I’ve had in a long time. I walked into the establishment after placing a to go order online and waited at the front counter for about 20 minutes with no one asking have I been helped or did I need to place an order. There was only one table with 4 people in the restaurant at the time and even that table was complaining about the service. There seemed to be only two women servicing the establishment at this time. One of the women was walking around wih6a damn bonnet on her head with tights on and walking around acting as though no customers existed. The other woman who was the one whom ultimately helped me and was taking care of that seated table was very unwelcoming and nonhospitable. I see now why this place has become a wasteland. I am shocked this place is still open. I won’t be going back to this establishment!!!!

I go with a small group sometimes on Wed & Sun nights and it’s usually an excellent place for food, socializing, and value.
If you’re in a hurry, you’ll probably be dissatisfied. The bathrooms need improvement, but sadly, they are typical by today’s standards.

I Hop in Montgomery Alabama!!!!!!I got a hair in my food the waiter didn’t even know what was going on.she didn’t even acknowledge us. She was so close to the table and her clothes were dirty. She acted so turned off and half sleep. She straight up said “ what u want”. She put the plates down so effortlessly in a bad way that the food fell when she put the plate down on the table.
