First visit here. Went on a friend’s rec. Very busy, but we were seated right away. Fast and efficient service. Reasonable prices. My enchiladas suizas were cooked well, just a little lacking in flavor. My husband loved what we had. We will be back, and I’ll order sometime new this time.

It’s wasn’t bad. The food as alright. But didn’t look fresh it look like they made it in the morning and just heated it up, it was dry and had very little flavor but it is eatable! The best thing I liked was the chips with cheese dip and guacamole! The sauce that comes with the chips was not that good it tasted like can tomatoes blended it with onions and cilantro. We order hot sauce but it’s wasn’t spicy the favor was okay. Overall I wouldn’t come again unless it’s the only thing open. Also they brought us tortillas but they were all stuck together it would just rip into pieces.

Great meal – great atmosphere – very lively and restaurant was clean. Lunch specials were very good and they had a good variety. Bar is situated between two dining rooms. Service was a bit slow out of the kitchen, especially for items that are on a lunch menu. Amelia out waitress did a fine job at keeping our drinks refilled and the table cleaned up.

Los Compadres is a quality Mexican establishment in Lebanon, TN. The place is noticeable on the outside with a bright color scheme and has some finer touches than one would think on the inside. I went during Friday lunch time and the restaurant was around 30% full. Our server was polite and quick to refill beverages. The food itself was good, but not great. It seemed a little bland. I think a little more seasoning would go a long way. The menu itself is impressive, with a plethora of options. Overall, I’d definitely try this place again.

The waiter was super nice and comp’d us our sodas because we waited 20-25 mins for our entrees to come out. But….
It wasn’t worth the wait.
We both order the Fajitas Del Mar. the dish was very bland. Some shrimp had the skin and tail on it still while others didn’t. That led me to spit a bite of tortilla into the napkin because I initially thought all the shrimp had skin and tail removed.
The mussels were way over cooked and dried out. The tilapia was dry and overcooked as well.
We were disappointed because we came here due to the good reviews. Again I simply wonder if any of these customers who leave reviews have any taste buds whatsoever.
I left 3/4 of the fajitas on the plate. My wife did as well. Neither of us would finish it. We didn’t want a to go box either.
The queso was very watery. Watery enough that most of it landed on the table when you take a bite of the chips. The taste was ok but it had the consistency of milk. Not good.
I wouldn’t have minded the 25 min wait to get our food if it was decent.
Next time we want Mexican food we will do the Cucaracha right past this place to another place down the road.

Oh my gosh the decor and the music with the food and drink! I love this place. Everywhere you look, it’s a feast for the eyes. I ordered a margarita and a grilled chicken chimichanga which was decent but I was enthralled with the decor and the vibe.

The food was washed down In flavor. Way over priced and barely any meat inside The woman taking orders from. The guy running up front definitely judges books by the cover. My food was brought to me no smile or positive manner. She handed it to me on the fly and didn’t care to even give me a fork.or napkins or spoon. But smiled in pain when I said I left her a decent tip.
Anyhow be careful when going here. You may be disappointed

Buffet was ok in terms of choice. Generally a bit salty. The atmosphere was friendly. The furniture in the foyer was fun. My kids liked them. The concept of Mexican all you can it is a great idea. Fun stop off the highway.

We had the Sunday brunch. Everything was well stocked and fresh tasting. Great selections and items were labeled clearly. We have now been to all 3 locations. Very good deal for the money. Highly recommended. Much better deal than individual meals. Waiter was great at keeping drinks filled.
