Food cost presentation today at the store made by a real cooks and real team members. Walked into great smiling servers. The coffee was absolutely delicious and hot and served with a small. The manager was out front visiting with tables making sure smiling faces were everywhere. the food is real food made by our real wonderful cooks. The pancakes were absolutely amazing fluffy warm and just delicious. Stop by and have some great food. Please ask for any other great managers, Tomas and Isaac. They will help serve you

We loved her over all personality and attitude. Its been a minute since I’ve had great service like this from anywhere. I had a daughter daughter not feeling well who decided to stay in the car. Leann was going out of her way to make sure we had anything or something to help her feel better even made sure to give us a water to go for her. I lived the added tough of writing on the cup for her to feel better. Thank you!

So I decided to use DoorDash for the first ti’m here and order the double cheeseburger with bacon and season fries. I will never order from DoorDash again because of the situation. The burger wasn’t even cooked, right? It looked like it was cooked in water, not on the grill not on a flat iron stove. Let me tell you about the lettuce and the tomatoes that looked very old. What made this burger so bad were the soggy buns when you grab it. It just smashed in your hand like mashed potatoes. I tried to contact the store 5 times calling back-to-back to see if they would answer the phone and when I did this lady managed to answer the phone and I told her about my problem and she told me that I need to contact DoorDash but the way she told me to contact DoorDash was. Very rude. She definitely needs to work on the people skills on how she talks to customers. I come here all the time for breakfast. But this was my first time ordering a burger to go never again. To that manager lady, you definitely need to work on your people’s skills on how you talk to someone on the phone. The manager definitely needs to teach the cooks how to cook or hired cooks that know what to do. This is bad for the customers and it’s bad for profits. They definitely need to learn how to make a proper burger. That is so much money and revenue being lost. Because you can’t make a burger properly. The simplest little thing to do. The lady manager and cooks need a pay decrease.

We had a great experience at Denny’s thanks to our waitress Martha. She was friendly, attentive and made sure our drinks were always filled and our food came out just right. Her customer service really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the worst take out orders I’ve ever come across. I specifically ordered a POT ROAST MELT. Look at what they give me instead, a dinner classic patty? That’s not even on menu? What kind of low down, shady, running establishment is this? It’s a part of the chain restaurant? No wonder why quality is going down! Never order from here, unless you want to deal with half spoken English customer service, while the full spoken English can’t even do any better! Buyer beware!

As good as it gets really. It’s a chain so there’s not much to expect but everyone was nice and worked in a timely manner. It was clean and well staffed and that’s about all you can hope for so props to this od Denny’s! Can’t go wrong with some Denny’s pancakes in your day!

Great experience at Denny’s! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick even during a busy time. Classic comfort food done right, with a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Interesting experiences ive had here. Its mostly a mixed bag. The 1st time i came here it was great, staff was on top of it.
The 2nd time i came here the waitress kept forgetting about me. I was eating alone. They were really busy so i could understand that sometimes its hard to keep your head straight when so much goes on at once.
The 3rd time. Wasnt a bad experience but the waitress did seem to be mad about something and commented that someone gave her attitude while ordering. She did seem a bit frustrated while performing her job. She was attentive and did ask if i was doing good while eating. So even though she seem frustrated i still was able to leave with a decent experience.
Over all the food is good. They’re one of the few places that can cook a steak correctly. The staff does work hard but their personal opinions seem to bleed into their work.
Id still come back here as i like dennys and breakfast food.
