This is a new McDonald’s the fries were very hot and good. I personally don’t like how no one takes your offer and there is no one up front. Everyone is in the back unless they happen to come up there. Seems like a delivery only type store yet they put booths for dine in.

The prices are crazy but the service is shitty, I won’t ever go back to this place. 4 cookies and some fries took 25 minutes. Seriously McDonald’s fo better with hiring people. The fires were old and cold but the cookies were fresh. I don’t understand 25 minutes but whatever

Royally pissed me off taking over 30 minutes to provide me with a simple cheeseburger. Had me pull around said they would bring it out and never did. Said they forgot about me, threw away my order when I walked in there to grab it and said they’ll make it fresh which then took another 15 minutes. I wish I could’ve just got my money back.

I order the BACON Cajun Ranch McCrispy Deluxe, and it came without BACON. How do you advertise bacon in the name of the sandwich, and you don’t add the bacon to the actual sandwich? And Thin Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon is a part of the ingredients, Tomato is also part of the Deluxe sandwich, and tomato also wasn’t added to my sandwich. All the lettuce that came with it wasn’t inside of the sandwich, the lettuce was all over the box.
I’m giving two stars because the ice cream I ordered was good! I had to take a bite of the sandwich before taking the picture because I was starving.

I received a medium size cup of hot mocha coffee w/ an extra Expresso shot and it was only a little over halfway full. I was on my way to work, so I didn’t even bother to drink any of it until I arrived, which was approximately 10 minutes away. A young lady brought my order out to me after using the app. I was in the parking lot at number 7. The price amount for this cup of coffee isn’t inexpensive and I want “the full quality” of what I ordered, not partially.

Ordered a 20 piece nugget and found a long hair inside. This was disgusting. Just make sure hair is up and ect as I also work fastfood. Plus I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a while, the quality has gone down and I’m saddened by it.
