Nothing is guaranteed to stay the same over the years. The chicken was good they could’ve gave me more sauce but prices are reasonable. If you try to call you will be upset because they just let the phones ring and ring so if you have the time just go stand in line. (For example it took me 40 minutes to get to this place and I called every chance I got to try to pre-order they never picked up even when I got there the phone was still ringing)

Open Pit has really fallen off! The only reason I ordered from them today was because Kim’s Wings is closed on Mondays. I wanted a good polish boy & some Mac & cheese. My food was absolutely disgusting! Mac was microwaved & most likely cooked some days out . Polish Boy had no flavor..& my husband’s wing dinner was drowned in BBQ sauce! I will never again under any circumstances eat here again! Yuck

I drove 45 minutes based on a recommendation from a local and was very disappointed . I waited over an hour and a half for my food . Also when I ordered I asked the lady was the half chicken grilled and she said yes, but it wasn’t it was fried
I was looking forward to some grilled BBQ chicken, because I don’t eat pork. It’s a BBQ restaurant umm why is there no BBQ chicken ??????? I did get some ribs for the fam who said they were bomb and smashed them!
The battered chicken and turkey greens were delicious! Uhh unfortunately the mac and cheese not so much ♀️. If I’m in the neighborhood I’d stop in, but not worth a 45 minute drive, just saying ♀️

Slow service!!!! The Poboy was lukewarm…the fries were awful. And they did NOT have Beef ribs. The best part of my dinners was the hushpuppys.

Open Pitt has forever been my favorite go to for bbq wings. I live in California but whenever im in town, I make sure I have a plate of their delicious wings with sauce. I haven’t had any wings that taste as good as this place and I live in Cali which is foodieland. Keep up the amazing work and keep making delicious dishes for the locals. I really miss eating here daily like I did when I lived in Cleveland. Miss and love you guys.
