This McDonald’s constantly has issues, and I’m beyond frustrated. Not only is the back area always a complete mess and disgusting to look at, but the workers clearly aren’t doing their jobs half the time.
I went to this location around 8:00 PM and ordered 2 caramel sundaes and 6 cookies. I sat in the mobile order parking spots for 15–20 minutes waiting for my food. Eventually, a worker came out with a bag, looked at the receipt, and handed it to me without saying a single word, only for me to realize I was missing two sundaes.
It was freezing outside, so I had to go inside and wait until someone finally asked if I needed help. The cashier then had to tell the same worker to make my sundaes. When she finally did, she barely put any ice cream in them and handed them to me without an apology or even acknowledging the mistake.
This place clearly does not care about customer service or getting orders right. I highly recommend going down the street to the other McDonald’s that actually cares about its customers and takes pride in treating customers properly.

Told me to go to drive thru parking spot #2, the car ahead of me was told to the same spot, so i had to drive around the building again, and wait for the position #2 to reopen. Service was real slow, the sweet tea tasted like unsweet, I order thru the app for EXTRA breakfast sauce, had little to no sauce.

This used to be a great McDonald’s. I loved it. I even had five stars on here. But the last three times that I came to visit my coffees have been absolutely horrendous and disgusting and the customer service is definitely not there like it used to be. The cashiers are not friendly anymore. This last time they literally just threw the bag in my car they didn’t even say hello to me. I understand she’s young but just smile at your customers.

The McRib sandwich seems to have shrunk from the last time that I remember! It was also less juicy, and in particular, the size of the meat was much smaller than what I remembered. The fries have gotten skinnier and not as nice as Burger King that I eat very regularly.

Low prices on Specials but what about quantity and quality?
Once again, A quantitative difference between McDonald’s and Burger King!!
Just notice the extra onions requested versus the onions on a junior whopper at Burger King!
McDonald’s onions are just shredded, and even the extra quantity requested is pitiful.
And even a slice of tomato is missing. But the prices are the same!!
Healthwise, there is no comparison! One is charbroiled. The other is not.

They have recalibrated the tea? This locations sweet tea isn’t sweet. I ask them to give me another tea and they said if I want it sweet I must pay .60 cents more. I have had McDonald’s sweet tea for 20+ years and this isn’t McDonald’s sweet tea and why should I pay extra money to get what I ordered. I literally drive 15 mins to get it from another location when this location is a mile away. Some of the employees are very nice but the sweet tea sucks!

I don’t want to damage this McDonald’s reputation or the hard work of the team here, but I do want to share how I felt during my last visit. The staff who helped me were noticeably unfriendly. My order was handed to me without any warmth or courtesy, and when I said “Have a good day” as I was leaving, I didn’t even receive a response.
I completely understand that employees can be busy and under a lot of pressure, but a simple “thank you” or “have a good day” takes only a second and makes a huge difference in the customer’s experience. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive criticism so that, in the future, the service can match the quality of the food.

This location is horrible. Be ready to wait for your food every time. Then you go inside to check on your order after sitting in drive thru parking for 10 minutes and no one knows anything. This has become habitual and I think I know why… the manager that’s on duty. Go down the road a bit further and you’ll get better service and probably food. Keep in mind, all I had was a tote of cookies and a frappe and the manager met me with.. “I have 4 orders back to back”. Isn’t that the nature of fast food business? Who hired this guy?

I feel as if Im a type of person to give the benefit of a doubt. Every time. I mean every. Time. (I have gone here for three years almost) they mess up on my food or my partners food. We don’t get a lot and when I bring it to their attention as polite as can be saying please and thank you they are extremely rude about it and they even walk away as you are explaining how the food is supposed to be made as it was ordered. Today they walked away as I was explaining something to do with my partner’s order. And when I get home 25 minutes later they forgot my nuggets. They either mess up on the order or forget things I spent money on to order. I never write reviews, but I feel this is necessary to state considering it was three years of this mess.

Took 20 minutes to get my 2 sandwichs and a drink cause they were to focused and worried about drive-thru. No on was not acknowledged by either manager that were up front this is unacceptable standards for any McDonald’s I’d know I worked at one for 9 years
