I just went to this jack in the box through the drive the through no one in line and no customers in the building. I sat at the order box for about three minutes not one person said anything so when I was driving off I looked into the lobby and a girl was standing there with the headset on just looking at me this location has gone downhill alot because the employees do not do their jobs. This is not the first time this has happened and their is a younger girl who works there that just sat and staired me down the last time I was there. Definitely need to work on customer service or get rid of the people not doing their jobs.

Bad customer service. Death stare window person. Food was soggy. I thought the hot mess sauce came on all the included foods in the munchie meal? Mall 205 jack in the box has better service and food preparation. The meat sandwichs were very greasy here. Regularly I would support the greasy, but I took a glp pen shot and the greasy hot mess is making me sick.

if there’s one employee running the store it probably shouldn’t be open, waiting 15 minutes in line got to the speaker just to wait even longer ended up backing out the drive through because no one ever spoke to me.

For the past three visits, I have tried to get something here at night on my break from work, and I have not gotten a single response from the drive-through speaker. I’ll sit and wait a few minutes and nothing. I’ll drive through and see people in there doing God knows, what cleaning or whatever, and I thought for the first two times it might’ve been a fluke, but this is seriously the third time this has happened and I’m done. Each time, the McDonald’s down airport way has gotten me my dinner. Not my first choice, but at this point, I’ll take what I can get.

They sit and hide in the back and do not answer the drive-thru speaker the last hour before close. Two times in a row now and nobody and other people also in drive thru trying to get food behind me because it is still open business hours, plenty of time before closing. I would understand if it was maybe 5 minutes before closing, but this is silly at this point.

Visited this location at around 8:40 PM and the drive-thru was lit up and showed as open during posted business hours. When we pulled up to order, the employee asked if we were DoorDash. We said no, and they told us they were closed for cleaning, even though the restaurant was still supposed to be open. If the location is going to stop serving early, they should update their hours or put up a sign. It was frustrating and inconvenient.

You deserve no stars. One word – DISGUSTING……. At 6:45 pm there was no one in line but me from the time I arrived and as I left (should have been a clue) so you were rushed is no excuse. The fact that you couldn’t figure out how to sell 3 tacos (telling me they only come in sets of two) was a start. But then my tacos and seasoned curly fries arrived. No lettuce in any of them. Just meat, cheese and so much taco sauce it squirts out. The tacos are so oily and greasy I could change the oil in my car with it. They were inedible and went in the trash………and how about the picture of those SEASONED, CURLY fries looking all straight and regular. But I’ll bet you folks are looking for that $15 an hour that you think you deserve.
