There was no line so I received my food fast, which I liked. The young lady who took my order was nice. I ordered a Double Spicy Jalapeño burger with sweet potato waffle fries and a cinnamon bread pudding shake. The shake was delicious and so was sweet potato waffle fries. However, to my understanding the only thing supposed to be smashed is the burger meat. My whole sandwich was squished and looked very messy.

If you want to get food poisoning do not eat here. Waited 30 minutes for 1 Colorado dog, no sides or drink and it took them 30 minutes to make this. The customer service was terrible, I asked the manager for a refund and she had an attitude. As soon as I requested a refund this is when they brought this mess out. This is how I opened the container to find my food.

There was not that much customers to cause this much problems. They take very long to attend. ALL employees have a nasty attitude and telling customers to wait and if they did not like it they can leave. I DO NOT recommend coming to this place. They need to better their employees. Not only me I have seen other customers complain that the orders are taking long just even for one thing. If the manager or the owner can’t get this right. This store should be shut down or hire better employees or be reported to the city or something.

This staff is horrible. No cashiers, no one around helping you, the staff ignores you, they said they are stopping taking orders in the middle of the day, staff arguing in the back about no cooks. They using curse works in front of waiting customers. This place deserves better staff. Let them all go.

This location is terrible. I would give no stars but u have to in order to leave a review. There is always an hour wait even if its only a burger and fries. This one time I figured it would take a while to order since no one was even taking orders in the restaurant its literally a 30 min wait just to make your order in house. I ordered ahead online from the line I was waiting on. Placed my order at 5:09 said would be ready at 5:19 ended up yelling in the store at 5:48 and got my food at 6pm with out one item I payed for, oily fries it was just a mess. Who ever is running that location needs to be transferred or fired all together. They seem very well spoken and its easy to keep telling customers “the order is not ready” meanwhile its just sitting on the counter because the girl is clearly confused and losing track of the orders. They really are the slowest burger restaurant EVER i have been to. One person to take the orders and one petson bagging the orders even the cooks are just standing there looking confused. How hard is it to cook patties and smash them? What system do they even have if the feies take long to fry? There are high end restaurants that service customers faster. I wanted a refund but even the website is slow and there is no way to actually send your photos because its an error message that follows. Ugh. Shut the place down they are incompetent.

Came in to get food before work and it was extremely busy but T was super professional and a great attitude despite the situation. She kept everyone updated and aware that they were a little behind. Asia was amazing as well. She remain calm and a positive Attitude while packing everyone’s order . I appreciate their service and professionalism we need more people in the food and beverage industry. It’s not an easy job but they get it done to feed us hungryyyy people ☺️. Thank you and SMASHVURGER You guys need to send help for your employees it’s not right they killing them selves and could definitely using extra people
