I got the boneless medium chicken wings. The sauce was straight butter. Literally it was melted butter that didn’t even stay on the wing. I took the wings off the plate so you could see the slop they brought me! When I told the waitress she was rude and said that’s just how their sauce is. I will never go there again!! And they put my fries on the same plate so they were soaked in butter too!!

Food was good and service was quick, considering it was very busy. I ordered the BBQ Cheddar Bacon Burger and it had good flavor. Probably would get it cooked medium rare next time as it wasn’t as juicy as I was hoping but it had good flavor.
Sides I got fried pickles and funnel cake fries. I have no complaints, they taste exactly how you’d expect them to.
Only thing I’d change, make a reservation ahead of time so you’re not waiting but the system is pretty good, you put your name and phone down and you’ll get a notification once your table is ready.

Maddie was great! She really helped make a not so good experience amazing. It’s been a while since I’ve been to hooters and never one outside of Chicago! At first I was not going to come back because I didn’t like they way my food tasted & didn’t think I could be fixed but she’s the only reason I will be returning she was nice, accommodating, caring and patient. I’m going to send all my friends and family to this location
just for her service! When you go to hooters in Schaumburg ask for MADDIE to be your server you won’t regret!

Sat Towards the drink station on tuesday night , Me and my girlfriend came To eat some wings and food was great! Server was extremely nice of both of us recommended sauces, Treated us like we’ve never been here. Told us the beer specials. She was very talkative, with a wide smile definitely got the spirit. Asked if we were regulars. Great up seller. Food Took a little longer than usual But assumed Place was shortstaffed. I’m a bartender so I could only assume. server had dark hair, no name tag. would recommend. Girlfriend was happy

One of the TVs went out at noon. The drinks took a lot longer than expected. Also, the appetizers at the tables behind us came a lot faster than the wings and they received their drinks faster as well. My daughter noticed a lot of the waitress standing around and talking. I loved the place a long time ago, I thought they were better than the service I received. We did go during a slow Sunday. The sauce on the wings were good but the sub par service detracted from the food. The service at the very end when we were about to leave was great but that was the extent of it.

The wait staff was kind but the food was terrible. Had to send my food back. The kids cheeseburger. Was toasted but had to be just sitting because the bread was cold and hard. Wings were over cooked… and fish sandwich was throws together and undercooked

The fresh oysters were very good and decent size. The buffalo shrimp was phenomenal and our waitress showed us why the place is rightly named HOOTERS!!!! We’ll come back to this location. Better than the one on Higgins by O’Hare. Worth the 20 minutes drive.
