I have visited this location multiple times, and each experience has been excellent. On one occasion, there was a delay with our salad order due to a service issue; however, the manager addressed the situation promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, this is a wonderful restaurant with great service, and I highly recommend it.
Would’ve given a five star but the seats weren’t comfortable & sticky. When we were seated the table next to us was dirty up until we left. There was no hot tea… as an Asian it was weird eating at an Asian restaurant with no hot tea. The Takoyaki’s were full of dough with one piece of octopus in it.
We came here right after the Dirty Birds Rally, so did many other diners. As a result, this restaurant became overwhelmingly packed, which affected the attentiveness of the bartenders. We sat at the bar, and because they were swamped, it took a good 20 minutes for them to even take our orders. Jordan and Rich were the two bartenders there. I know that they were working hard and doing their best under the wave of people that flooded the place. I had to ask Jordan to clean up and take away the dirty dishes left behind by the previous diners. I should not have had to ask for that to be done.
But anyways, my Tonkotsu Ramen was rich and flavorful. The Asian food here in America is Americanized to the point where the ramen in Asia tastes totally different and is truly authentic overseas. But nonetheless, my ramen bowl here in Atlanta was still yummy. My salad that came with the ramen bowl was bomb! It reminded me of cole slaw. My cousin ordered a rice bowl. I believe it had beef in it. She said it was delicious.
I would totally come back here to eat whenever I’m back at Atlantic Station. I sat next to a random guy, and he offered to foot my bill, to which I said yes, lol. I’m no stranger to never having to pay my tab.
We should’ve guessed when on a saturday night there were 3 other parties and an empty bar.
