We usually do take it home, but had some time to kill while the mechanic finished up. It wasn’t rush hour for coffee either. The kid on the register seemed to be pained by the task of assisting with our order. It finally arrived. Two minutes before our mechanic called and said it other vehicle was ready. Seeing how we hadn’t opened our sandwiches yet, we opted to ask for a little bag to place our two food items in and requested napkins because none were received originally. That was December 17th. We still haven’t gotten our to go bag. And it’s now mid-December, 2026. Something tells me that I should probably just chalk it up to the game. What do you think?

On the night of Sep 22 between 8:00-8:20, I got to this Starbucks and order a black tea with sugar free vanilla syrup and a splash of vanilla sweet cream, I get my drink and as I’m driving away I taste it and it tastes like watered down coffee, so I go back and tell them and a lady comes to the window and says okay I have to brew more tea it’ll take 5 min I said okay, then as I’m sitting I realize they put coffee in my drink because they were out of tea instead of just saying that, probably due to the fact they were closing about an hour later, I get my new drink and the lady says that should taste much better, it did and it was a completely different color

This was my favorite Starbucks location but now I spend $9 on a coffee that isn’t even FULL! Come on guys it’s not that hard to fill the cup up…. I will be going to another location from now on.

This place has so many compassionate baristas! Just to name a few Steve, Casey, Sarah and Conner!! Long story short, I came in the VERY UPSET visibly, Steve didn’t pry, but asked if I was ok.. After telling him why I was so upset, with concern in his eyes, he told me he would pray for a good outcome.. Now everytime I come in to get my regular coffee, he asks how my granddaughter is doing, with all the prayers she is doing awesome!! Not only do they have wonderful coffee, but they also have very compassionate baristas working there!! Thanks to all of you at Irvington plaza Starbucks!!

There’s a hair strand with my coffee order. Whoever packed it, got their hair strapped in that tape thingy. Not good!! Oh and they didn’t give me a straw. How am I supposed to drink my coffee

This is another one of these STUPID pickup only places, but the “lobby” and I use that word generously, is so small that 5 of us in there were bumping into each other, plus, the place is so small, there is no way to figure out whether someone is waiting to order or to get their drink already ordered. Terrible place !

Kudos to the poor barista who put up with my ridiculous orders. It was my first time ordering off the “secret menu”, and they were very patient (though a little annoyed for obvious reasons). However, the main drink was perfectly made. Kudos to them big time. They even captured the ombre effect perfectly.
