This was my second time at this location. My first time was such a wonderful experience. I was disappointed this time around.
Not with the food or atmosphere, but with the service. I showed up on a Monday near noon and the place was empty. I have felt that most restaurants that when it is slow generally do not give good service and that’s exactly what happened here my table felt forgotten, lacking beverage refills, and really was just more of a burden than anything else.
I will return. One thing I’ve always enjoyed about Red Robins are the consistency of food and great atmosphere and for that I will return. I only hope the service gets better.

We came in here for some burgers and fries and they were delicious. We hit the A1 burgers and Garlic bottomless fries and iced teas and a kids meal chicken strips for our grandson. Everything was very delicious. The service was excellent too! We will be back when we are in Albuquerque.

We came to Red Robin yesterday as it is one of our favorite spots, the food is so good. We had a server named Mel who was very nice and one of the best servers we ever had. The Banzai burger is to die for and the cake may have been the best cake I’ve ever had. It’s amazing how much you can get for the price, especially with the bottomless root beer floats and fries. 10/10

First of all, we had a great server. Saddia was friendly and on top of things. She checked with us to make sure that we had enough fries. She also made sure that we were okay on our Beverages.
She checked on several times to make sure we were okay.
The burgers were very good and juicy. The food was freshly made to order.
The cleanliness of the restaurant could use some help.
Nothing was outrageous, but there was a fork at our table with lettuce stuck to the back of it. The drinking glasses are now plastic, and it seems that they have dried water marks on them, which makes them look cloudy. They need to use a rinse aid in their dishwasher.
The restaurant was a little bit cold.
We came by for a birthday burger in the rewards program.
We will definitely be back throughout the year.They do have good fish and chips.

The burger was good, I was hoping for a little bit higher quality, but it was pretty decent. Sweet potato fries were decent. I’ve had better. Wish I could tell you about the six dollar drink. I had the stupid live that they give you which is is pointless because there’s basically a giant hole at the top and the lid itself is barely hanging on the cup jostled slightly. The whole thing fell over. I didn’t get a drop of that drink six dollars completely wasted and I knew this thing and I was trying to drink it in the parking lot because I knew it was not gonna make it on the ride home one turn and it was gonna be doneand flipped over didn’t even last that long so angry

Location is near 1-25 and Jefferson which is great when heading to the movies and other entertainment nearby. Food was really good and we had a wonderful crew attend our large group. This location is starting to show wear and tear but otherwise it is still a good location to visit.

My wife and I had an awesome experience. The server listened carefully to my Gluten Free needs and made helpful suggestions. The manager, Robert Castro, checked in with us at least 3 times. We had excellent service tonight. The bartender/waitress went above & beyond in customer care. Food was delicious and they were able to fulfill a special order for my dietary restrictions.
