Tonight we went to Jonathan’s in Spring Hill. Erin was our waitress. It took her about 12 minutes to acknowledge us. We ordered 2 beers and 2 appetizers. Our appetizers came out and still didn’t have our beverages. She finally brought them never came back to our table until we asked for the check. We dare not ask for anything else. We were over that waitress. Hands down worse service I have had in a long time. We come often and always look for Morgan Fisher to sit in her area who is hands down the best waitress we have when we visit. She is always attentive, and always makes sure our needs are met.

For the Buffalo dip to be almost $16 they gave me such a small portion with a big bag of chips that doesn’t make sense … then the manager comes out and lie and says it pre portioned when for a fact it’s not unless the people in the kitchen is making up there own pre portions … drop the price if you are going to charge so much or give people their moneys worth .. The manager did offer to take the food and refund me but due to the fact I had to get to work and no time to order anything else I declined. ( Since the place replied I have came to this same location and received more and other locations and received more to go. So no I do not believe you guys are pre portioning. It wasn’t even enough to share with someone if I wanted to. It was more than enough chips but no dip, and no I will not be back to this location.)

The best restaurant at the crossings by far. Food is great with wide variety. Service is excellent. Minimal meal preparation time. Atmosphere is great you will always have a TV to look at. Little chilly inside. 10/10

We had around 50 people as we were celebrating a birthday… and the service was amazing with lots of amazing food and plenty of servers helping out… We were not rushed out and pleasant service with drinks filled and food out in a timely manner. We would recommend Jonathan’s again and again! Thanks so much!

We come here almost every Tuesday for 2 for 1 Pizza. We typically sit in Morgan F’s section in the bar area & get a table. She remembers our order every time (this is really saying something because it includes an extremely modified pizza on cauliflower crust that even I forget sometimes) & has a killer personality. 5 out of 5 for Jonathan’s Spring Hill, and if you want a 10 out of 5 experience then go see Morgan!!

This is our first time in this restaurant, but my husband has already planned to try here as one of his friend told him this is also a good place to go. And he was right, packed of customers who wants to dine in. And I tried their Avocado club which is really delicious.
On the other hand, this place is full packed of customers, the reason I was shy to take pictures( the first I felt this way lol).So, I asked favor to the waitress to take picture of the bar area , as we were sitting on the other side of their dining area(Thank you so much again❤️) .Service is good❤️.
This is a big place that can accommodate if you have your special occasion, since they have rooms that seems like it’s being designed for you to have privacy. Outdoor dining is also available. As a whole experience, it’s highly recommended.

Morgan was the most awesome server! She was thoughtful and kind and patience and really anticipated our needs throughout the entire experience. I am a general manager of restaurants and have been for the last 32 years and I will tell you that you have one of the most amazing team members on your teams With Morgan. I hope that you take the time to appreciate her and all that she does for your restaurant. Especially in the landscape, we are in our industry at the current time. She is a stand out and deserves to be treated as such. Hospitality is not common these days and she embraces in bodies everything it takes to be high-level. Great job Jonathan and team after tonight being our first visit we will definitely be back again and again and ask for Morgan every time

I went there with my coworkers on a Friday evening and it was really crowded. We had to wait 25mins for our Table which was fine to me
i gave 4 Stars because the Food was delicious but they did mess up my drinks, i didn’t get a refill for my sweet tea and the Woman’s bathroom was Nasty. There were used Diapers and Tampons laying on the floor and it seemed like noone is taking care of it during rush hour.
Overall experience was great, our server was Matthew and he was really quick with orders and our drinks and took care of my wrong drink in no time!

I stop by here from time to time, and the hospitality is top-notch from the moment you walk in. While the interior can get quite noisy during peak hours, the outdoor seating offers a much better atmosphere for a quiet conversation.
