this is my go-to location. nice people, quick service. however, my large fries are never filled up and its starting to annoy me. i’ve added a pic. if i pay for large fries, i don’t necessarily expect the container to be overflowing, but i at least want it to be full. this happens 90% of the time, with delivery and drive thru. please train them to fill up the fries containers at least. otherwise i have to wait in the drivethru and check the back and ask them to fill up the fries. thank you

Had ordered the chicken soup bowl and was half way into the bowl when I felt something strange. I spit it out to not choke on it and it was a piece of plastic first time this has happened be careful for anyone that gets the chicken soup.

A little disappointed with this location. There is no play ground here for the kiddos. The restaurant itself was pretty messy. There were a lot of open table but they all needed cleaning. The food was normal. Not bad or exceptional. I did have a little bit of confusion about the birthday reward and tiers. There are different tiers and different rewards based on the level you are on. Basic level is supposed to be choice of cookie or Brownie, silver level is supposed to be choice of small shake, lemonade, cookie, or Brownie. Then the rewards are bigger based on higher tiers. I did ask when ordering and was told it was only a cookie or Brownie. I double checked again before leaving and asked what the rewards were based on tiers. The girl I spoke to Luci Parra seemed confused. At first she told that you could get different rewards for different tiers and when I asked about silver she said it’s the same reward as basic and then said all tiers is the same reward. She said she was a manager. I just found it strange that the Manger didn’t know about the tiers or rewards system. She looked at me like I was annoying her with my questions for clarity. Not the best experience, but it is what it is.

Food is always great! We tried the new pretzel bun sandwich and it’s good but I think I will just have it with pickles next time. Like the original chicken sandwich ♥️ Previn is excellent!

Standard Chic-fil-A. Same menu featuring good chicken options as other locations. The Chicken Biscuit is good for breakfast. I’m not a fan of the potatoes though. The coffee is decent, but not great. It is always served hot.

Service lives up to the high standard of the franchise. The space is clean and bright with flowers on all the tables. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.

Lots of parking in addition to two drive through lanes for ordering.

This place was so cute and it definitely had its own personal flare! Me and my husband usually like to go inside chick-fil-a to eat but the flowers and fun conversation card starters they had made it feel like a whole date ❤️ They also had fun Denver specific art on the wall that I loved. I thought the service could be a little bit more welcoming but it was the evening so the drive thru may have been kinda busy.

It was the best and spiciest sandwich I’ve had at a chick-fil-a, my mouth is watering just thinking of it lol
